Responsible for ensuring all quality metrics within the campus are met by managi
ng a group of associates across four separate facilities. Communicating with all
operations departments and providing coaching and support. Responsible for trai
ning all new staff members on hand held units, quality initiatives, customer ser
vice protocols and SOP's. Supporting corporate, vendor requests and Procter and
Gamble initiatives. Slotting and profiling to reduce orderfilling path and incre
