into position transducers. FlexSignal allows outputs 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA and oth
ers from an unregulated power source.
* Designed and implemented a NIST-traceable lifecycle testing machine utilizing
a motion controller, stepper driver and stepper motor. Configuration file allows
for duplicating of real-life conditions and limit switches allows for 24 hours
continuous testing. Capabilities include position, velocity and acceleration pro
filing.
* Familiar with the intricate quality standard AS9100 - Source Control Drawings,
Material Review Board, First Article and Source Inspections.
* Developed a complex 3-D position transducer for digitizing purposes.
