The mission of FourEes is to put entrepreneurial, educational,
economic and ecological values and practices into action in the
business community. These considerations can, in the long term,
improve client relationships and profitability while decreasing the
pollution and other negative side effects of consumptive and
productive behavior in general. FourEes provides consulting services
to business clients interested in moving from a solely economic
management focus to one which also integrates entrepreneurship,
educational and / or ecological values. FourEes also designs and
launches actual businesses integrating the FourEes. Consultant,
seminar leader and public speaker: Working in cooperation with senior
consultants and experienced coaches. Objective: Improving
organizational and personal performance based on a combination of
economic, ecological and entrepreneurial values, skills and
knowledge. Examples:

FLORAHOLLAND: For the largest fresh flower distribution operation


in the world, co-designed and delivered with business partner Tanno
Bregonje an executive seminar on how to achieve full integration of
specific strategic, organizational, ecological and economic goals
across all recent acquisitions and mergers.
UNILEVER: Coached with business partner Tanno Bregonje executives
of this food and household products multinational on how to clarify
their own personal values, embed these values into the organization,
and develop strategies across all functions to make their values an
inherent part of their brand thus catapulting buyer motivation and
company performance.
STAGEHOLDING: Assisted this rapidly growing live theatre operator
with multiple European locations to seamlessly integrate the
expectations of audiences, employees and owners with both the
monetary and intangible perceived values of the company.
New Venture Creation
2007- TO DATE: THE VENICE BEACH ECO COTTAGES (VENICE BEACH, CA)
WWW.VENISBEACHECOCOTTAGES.COM): Co-founder. Restored 1920's era
historic vacation rental beach cottages integrating green building
and sustainable materials and processes. Solar, non-off gassing
materials, low energy appliances, insulation, natural ventilation,
restored furniture, v.o.c free materials, paints and plumbing,
indigenous garden designs, high quality, innovative design. Gained
world wide media attention: the cottages were featured in 60+ United
States, European and Asian magazines, newspapers and TV shows.
including the Financial Times of London, Sundance Channel, and NBC).

1991- 1994 ERGOMEDICS (WINOOSKI, VT): Co-founded with an orthopedic


specialist MD and internationally commercialized patented chair
product targeting the low back pain consumer market. Organized,
staffed, and raised funding for product manufacture and launch.
Co-designed multi-channel marketing programs which penetrated
medical, automobile, airline and other office markets and industries.

1987 a" 1989 PSYCHEMEDICS CORPORATION (SANTA MONICA, CA):


Co-founded this biotechnology company and successfully guided the
company through an initial public offering process (NASDAQ) with
significant capital gain. Developed, implemented and ran initial
business operations covering marketing, administration and sales of a
new, proprietary, diagnostic drug abuse testing process. Recruited,
trained new management and professional staff.
