1 Gestamp Renewables

Gestamp Renewables (www.gestampren.com), a division of Corporación Gestamp, is an industrial


group that operates and supplies components within the renewable energy sector.

Since 2005, Gestamp Renewables has aspired to position itself as an international leader within the
renewable energy sector, using a unique and integrated business model encompassing the entire
value chain – from the manufacture and supply of components, to the promotion, construction,
maintenance, operation and development of wind, solar and biomass energy projects.

Gestamp Renewables integrate the three lines of renewable energy activities of Corporación
Gestamp: Solar, Wind and Biomass energy.

Gestamp renewables currently has 300 Mw of wind energy under operation, and additionally up
to this date has participated in the development of 300 Mw of photovoltaic solar energy.

Gestamp Wind Steel has four wind tower factories, located in Spain, Brazil and turkey, with a total
annual capacity by the year of 2,000 units, including the new factory soon to be open located
in Wyoming (USA). Gestamp Solar Steel will open in 2012 a new factory in Phoenix, EE.UU, as
well.

By the end of 2013, Gestamp Renewables will invest a total of E2.6 billion in the development of
1,850 Mw of energy, of which 1,000 Mw will derive from wind energy, 550 Mw from solar energy,
and 300 Mw from biomass energy.

Data by division

Wind

Gestamp Wind expects to conclude 2010 with more than 300 Mw of wind power under
development.
In 2013, it will have a portfolio of 1,000 Mw in Spain, US, Poland, Belgium, Turkey and Brazil.
Additionally, Gestamp Wind Steel will have a production capacity of 2,000 wind towers annually,
through its factories in Spain, Brazil and Turkey. It is forecasted that by the year 2012 factories in
USA and India will be open.

Solar

By the end of 2010, Gestamp Solar will complete 300 Mw in photovoltaic power facilities.
In 2013, it will have a portfolio of 550 Mw in the US, Italy, Spain and France.
Gestamp Solar Steel, in turn, specializes in the development and industrialization of thermo-
solar metal structures, encompassing the entire supply chain through final installation.

Biomass

In 2010, Gestamp Biomass plans to begin construction of its first plants in Spain and the US, of
15 and 30 Mw, respectively.
By 2013, Gestamp Biomass is expected to have a portfolio of 300 Mw of biomass power.

3 International presence

Gestamp Renewables has a presence in Europe (Spain, Italy, Belgium, Poland, Bulgaria and
Romania), the US, Brazil, India, Turkey and South Africa.

Its international business activity is expected to reach over 65% of its total revenues by the end
of 2010.

4 Business divisions

Gestamp Wind

Gestamp Renewables’ wind energy activities are centered on the operation of its own wind parks,
including the development, design, construction, acquisition, operation and maintenance of those
facilities. It currently has 300 Mw in production.

Gestamp Wind Steel is one of the world’s leading suppliers of wind towers and related structural
components, with an annual combined production capacity of 1,700 units between its four wind
steel factories located in Spain, Brazil and Turkey. By the year 2012 the capacity will increase 2,000
units annually with the new factory that will be locate in Wyoming (USA).

Gestamp Solar

Gestamp Solar participates in the entire value chain of the development of solar photovoltaic
energy, from the development and manufacturing of metal structures, to project design (land
procurement, due diligence, obtaining licenses and interconnections, etc.), to the construction of
“turnkey” projects for their sale or operation.

To date, Gestamp Solar has participated in the development and construction of over 300 Mw of
photovoltaic energy and will have a portfolio of over 550 Mw in the US, Italy, Spain, France, India
and South Africa by the year 2013.

Gestamp Solar Steel, in turn, specializes in the development and manufacturing of thermo-solar
metal structures, encompassing the entire supply chain through final installation.

Gestamp Biomass

One of the goals of Gestamp Renewables is to consolidate its presence in the strategic sector of
Biomass. In 2010, the Gestamp Biomass division plans to begin construction on its first plants in
Spain and in the US, of 15 and 30 Mw, respectively. The company’s target for 2013 is 300 Mw of
operative power in biomass energy.
