I am a versatile, quality-oriented, focused manufacturing operations and managem
ent professional. My hands-on approach for troubleshooting is coupled with a so

Professional Work Experience
Maintenance Manager/Tour Leader 2002 - October 2010
Supervise 20/35 employees on various shifts in a Processing Environment. My wor
k with employees allows them to enhance their decision-making abilities, through
mentoring and coaching.
I regularly interact with all levels of the organization as required to meet com
pany goals, i.e., Safety, Quality, and On-Time Delivery. My daily task also con
sists of managing plant maintenance personnel (25), and being a liaison with pro
duction, and general plant needs.
Maintaining plant equipment/facility/admin areas via PM's, Pd's, Vibration/Lube/
Infrared routes, to include hvac monitoring.
I have been able to improve overall maintenance performance score's, while minim
izing over-time as needed to be cost-effective.
The planning group has taken a more detailed planning process focus, and we were
able to implement "Procedural Planning process". This is more detailed repair
plans for plant equipment/facilities via mechanics/contractor personnel.
I have also had continued focus on building a partnership of onsite contractor w
ith personnel for daily team interaction.
Key result: There have been no injuries for last 3 years by the maintenance gro
up, primarily through continued Safety Awareness / weekly meetings.
