Operations Manager
As Operations Manager with ProGuard I was responsible for visiting clients on a
weekly basis insuring all needs were being met, contracts were updated and ECIs
were current. Setting new jobs and schedules into Winteam. Interviews, hiring a
nd training of all new hires as well as counseling and terms of all officers as
needed. In addition I was responsible for scheduling and payroll for 8,000 hours
.
Universal Protection purchased ProGuard in May 2010, with the change, client vis
its as well as the initial interviews and Job setups were distributed to others.
I currently am responsible for the following.
* Payroll, Scheduling, training, hiring, for over 7,145 guard hours.
* Overseeing 280 Security Professionals
* Setting up schedules for new accounts and specials
* Start up of new accounts
* Close down for accounts ending
* Site Manager meetings on a monthly basis
* Weekly audits of payroll and SAR review
