Managed compliance with state and federal regulations associated with the drilli
ng and completion of new horizontal oil & gas wells in an ambitious and very suc

* As Lead Regulatory Analyst, personally managed the state and federal regulator
y compliance requirements for as many as 100 drilling/recompletion projects per
year.
* Worked closely with drilling engineers as a member of the Drilling and Complet
