Marg & TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I support those who pursue the true and proper application of the constitution that is its proper
interpretation, meaning and application, within the RULE OF LAW.
.
FOR US TO SEEK OTHERS TO RESPECT OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS WE MUST
SHOW TO RESPECT THEIR RIGHTS ALSO.
.
It is not that we may not fully agree with others as to their views because we are all entitled to have
our own views provided we all work together in a common goal and that is to accept that the
constitution belongs to no one but We, the People! We all must uphold the constitution for its true
meaning and application without fear of favour.
.
We must not sell out our souls for political favourism because We, the People, are united in the
bond of the constitution.
.
The constitution is not merely a document that has something written on it but is reflecting what
We, the People, have achieved to join together in brotherhood & sisterhood for a common goal to
achieve the best for us all.
.
We may have at times different views about certain issues and we are all entitled upon this provided
we do not subject others to our demands to be denied their own rights within constitutional context.
.
We are bound with our common bond that is the constitution and we must never betray our own
bond as to do so would be not just cowardly but to betray what we all stand for.
.
We have the duty to stand up for those less fortunate in life to do so and we share a common goal to
ensure that those who are in one way or another elected to represent us actually are doing so and not
betray us to serve some political goal in conflict to our constitution.
.
We can unite under different banners and yet we all are bound together within our constitutional
framework.
.
let us be clear about it that it is not relevant what input you and I can give to this as each in our own
way will be part of a chain and the chain is as weak as the weakest link. Hence, only by working
together we will be a formidable force to be reckoned with and the beaut of it is we do it all to
enhance our constitutional rights and privileges within the RULE OF LAW.
.
We do not promote violence or disrespect to the RULE OF LAW as enacted legislation that are
purported to be laws are not laws for so far they are outside the constitutional framework.
.
To defy a law is to defy the constitution that sanctions the law as being authorised within the
provided legislative powers. To defy a purported law is not to defy a law at all but rather to defy
oppression and dictatorship and tyranny because a purported law is one that is not a valid law
within constitutional context and we all are entitled to defy this.

QUOTE
Common expressions such as: 'The Courts have declared a statute invalid'," says Chief Justice Latham,
"sometimes lead to misunderstanding. A pretended law made in excess of power is not and never has been a
law at all. Anybody in the country is entitled to disregard it. Naturally, he will feel safer if he has a decision
of a court in his favor, but such a decision is not an element, which produces invalidity in any law. The law is not
valid until a court pronounces against it - and thereafter invalid. If it is beyond power it is invalid ab initio.

For constitutional purposes, they are a nullity. No doctrine of res judicata or issue estoppel
can prevail against the Constitution. Mr Gould is entitled to disregard the orders made in
Gould v Brown. No doubt, as Latham CJ said of invalid legislation, "he will feel safer if he
has a decision of a court in his favour". That is because those relying on the earlier
decision may seek to enforce it against Mr Gould.

37 Am Jur 2d at section 8 states, in part: "Fraud vitiates every transaction and all contracts. Indeed, the principle
is often stated, in broad and sweeping language, that fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters,
and that it vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments."

And
QUOTE
The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the
law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in
agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is
succinctly stated as follows:
The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality
no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time
of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in
legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that
it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.
Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no
rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no
acts performed under it. . .
A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any
existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded
thereby.
No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.

void; and form no bar to a recovery sought in opposition to them even prior to a reversal.'

Let us all join together as the constitution doesn’t raise a bar between our colour of skin or religion
or customs as provided we work together within constitutional context we are all but the same.
.
Do not ask what did my fellowman do for me but rather offer your assistance to your fellowman
and you just might find a response in kind.
.
Do not ask what do I get out of it because those before us did their best, and how, and we have the
fruits of their labour.
.
Do not think that the Framers of the Constitution are long dead and buried because to do so would
be the demise of your own person because if you consider to be dead then what are you doing
reading this? After all every elector who votes in a referendum to approve or veto a proposal by the
Parliament to amend the constitution is a Framer of the Constitution.
.
It should be recognised that We, the People, and We, the People, alone have the power to amend
the constitution, being it State or Federal.
.
Let us all join together in bother- & sisterhood to defend the very constitution that protect our
democratic rights from tyrants and dictators.
.
We shall not sell our soul to the highest bidder to sell out a poor unrepresented party in litigation
but we shall ensure that no matter how much we might be being paid ourselves to represent a
party we shall also dutiful acknowledge our opponents legal rights.
.

QUOTE
As an advocate he is a minister of Justice equally with a judge, A Barrister cannot pick or choose his
clients...He must accept the brief and do all he honourably can on behalf of his client. I say 'All he honourably
can' because his duty is not only to his client. He has a duty to the court which is paramount. It is a mistake to
suppose that he is a mouthpiece of his client to say what he wants: or his tool to do what he directs. He is none
of those things. He owes his allegiance to a higher cause. It is the cause of truth and Justice. He must not
consciously misstate the facts. He must not knowingly conceal the truth. He must not unjustly make a charge
of fraud, that is, without evidence to support it. He must produce all relevant authorities, even those that are
against him. He must see that his client discloses, if ordered, all relevant documents, even those that are fatal to
his case. He must disregard the specific instructions of his client, if they conflict with his duty to the court.

Therefore, the constitution makes no provisions to allow those who are employed in the litigation
arena to ignore the RULE OF LAW in which the constitution is the ultimate law governing our
rights, duties and obligations.
.
Let us all join in harmony and not in division because if we remain divided then we will never
conquer those who are abusing and misusing their powers to enslave us and undermine and
vandalise our constitutional rights and privileges.
.
This is not an issue about how young or how old you might be because within our constitutional
framework the rights and guarantees provided for are without any specific age limit other then
where it may be applied as to be an elector and/or as to enter the House of Parliament as an elected
representative of a community.
.
I call upon all to join me in protecting our common bond the constitution and be proud upon our
constitution. It makes no difference if you were born within or outside the Commonwealth of
Australia because the moment you are part of the Australian community you are bound within the
constitutional framework and subjected to laws enacted within this constitutional framework.
.
Those soldiers who lost their lives in battles that was to protect our freedoms can only be honoured
but by us to maintain in a peaceful manner those constitutional provisions e Framers of the
Constitution. Hence, we shall sell to no one our obligations and duties as to disregard what is
constitutionally required because to do so would not only be a betrayal to us all but also a betrayal
to yourself and your own descendants.

Chapter 000X Page 5

We all experience the darkness of the nights, as after all after sun set and without a moon or stars it
can be very dark indeed. So the turbulent events within our lives represent the darkness we
experience then that may have here and there some stars shining and the moon reflecting the light
that falls upon it.
This likewise is when our bodies are regenerated during the day and by this allows us to yet again
encounter the darkness of the light. Likewise we can do so where the very persons elected to
represent us then betray us big time and seek to misuse and abuse this power they gained by being
elected as to turn themselves into would be tyrants and dictators. We all must resit their traitorous
conduct and come together and protect those vulnerable to their misuse and abuse of power.
.
This is not about “I am alright” because only a fool would hold this kind of view because the
moment you ignore the rights of others you might just be the next victim of those seeking to impose
their tyranny and dictatorship upon us all.
In the end it makes no difference what political views you may have, what your colour of skin is,
what your nationality might be, what your social status might be, etc, etc, because the moment you
are a “victim” you have suffered a grave injustice in defiance of your constitutional rights and that
is what We, the People, must guard against and assist those who need a helping hand.
.
All my writings serve no purpose if those who receive it are unable to understand/comprehend it as
to use it to the best of their ability to stand along side their fellowman to ensure we all are as one.
.
“We, the People” has no “I” in it and so we all must work together for a common good.
.
If we fail then those who are would be tyrants and dictators will each in their own way succeed.
If you have children, grandchildren or other loved once consider: Is this the plight you desire to
bestow upon them?
Are you the coward who sell his soul for moneys rather then to pursue humane principles and
foremost our constitutional rights and privileges?
.
Torture can be in different ways as this is not just of how they used to do it in the past but can be
merely to deny a father the right to \see his own flesh and blood, his children. Torture can be to
allow some disabled person being teased and deprived of a decent manner to live his life.
.
For over 30 years I have been dealing under the umbrella motto MAY JUSTICE ALWAYS
PREVAIL® with those who contemplated suicide/murder, etc, and let me make it clear that torture
can have many faces and identities as it can be something for one that for another has no specific
meaning.
.
Again, the denial of the right of a parent to see his/her own flesh and blood I\can be a torture to
most whereas a childless person may not perceive it as such. Indeed the framers of the constitution
very much debated the plight of a parent to be deprived of his child and for this provided for
constitutional legislative powers to deal with matters to avoid this. Just that we lack the court to do
so appropriately!
.
The unconstitutional above CPI increase of public housing rent and municipal/shire council rates in
itself can be a torture to those on a pension or welfare payments because as a result they may not be
able to purchase food needed to survive, have the comfort of a heater going or a cooling pending the
climate then applicable, etc.
.
Yes, we often live our lives totally unaware how just a smile a day to a neighbour can be the
difference to this neighbour of dead or remaining to be alive where they may be very lonesome and
dissolution.

Chapter 000X Page 6

Every time a person commits suicide the public at large at least spend about $1 million dollars on
cost of various investigations, Coroners Court, etc, then considering a staggering reported 400 cases
a year of suicides then the $400 million used as result of this could have been put to better us if just
we could seek to avoid those tragic kind of circumstances to eventuate in the first place.
In my way I have sought to assist to avoid many tragic deaths, and let me say that there are many
people who have supported me by this, even so they may have been unaware of doing so
themselves, because some by merely passing on my writings to others enabled those who ordinary
wouldn’t receive my writings to become aware of what I am doing and contacted me and so their
tragic demise was avoided.
.
Therefore I for one salute all those who over time have stood by and assisted to spread the word.
You all have been the inspiration of many that passing the word is as much important as those who
are dealing with those less fortunate in live to seek to overcome their problems.
.
Our constitution was intended to be to ensure that we all have our fundamental and civil rights
protected and again lets us all join together so that we not just may but will be a force to reckon
with and all would be tyrants and dictators will be aware we are going to get you and there will be
no hiding from us and you who disregard the RULE OF LAW will be eventually facing the legal
consequences of your evil deeds!
.
Ok is there anyone who has a fire extinguisher at hand because my darn keyboard is again on fire
because of my writings. 
.
Yes it is always important that we do keep our sense of humour no matter how dire our future might
be as I learned that to do so is a far better way to get through the rough patches of life. I tell you
that….. OK well you got enough so I better not delve into historical events of my life just instead
spend your time to consider the above stated and well your fellowman (For those of political
correctness it includes the female version fellowwoman) will eventually benefit.
.
Ok I now am really thirsty so I better put on the kettle for a cup of coffee because none of your did
so while I was writing this all. 
