mmerce Casino and Hotel located in the city of Commerce. Together with another
Senior Project Manager, took over as Construction Manager of the Casino Project
when the Owner directed Nadel to change personnel.
Our team reversed the job condition at the jobsite at the most expeditious way.
Responded on the most critical issues. The RFI's that were unanswered for mont
hs were dealt with immediately.
Communications between the consultants, contractor, the owner's rep and the arch
itect greatly improved. Regular weekly meetings with Clients, contractors, and
owner's rep. Observed and visited progress of construction and solved concerns
as they occur in the job. Did sketches and formulated details through Auto CAD
as necessary for the RFI's.

Designed and observed construction of:
1. Manila Terrace a 3-Story 30-Unit Multi-Family Housing over 2-levels of type-I
garage, located on Temple Street corner Rosemont in Los Angeles. Funded by LAH
D and HUD for a non-profit corporation.
2. Principal in charge of the design of the ADAL for the Science and Engineeri
ng Center, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, worked directly with the U.S. Corps of Eng
ineers, in joint venture with Coleman and Caskey of Newport Beach, California.
This Project won an Outstanding Design Agency Award for 1990.
II. HOTEL RESTAURANTS & CLUBHOUSE PROJECTS
Designed and observed construction of:
1. A 500-Bed Hotel and Casino for the Segundo Estate, Laoag City, Philippines
2. The 2nd and 3rd Phases of the Green Tree Inn, Best Western Hotels, and Victor
ville, California.
3. The Ramada Inn-A renovation and addition to an existing 100 - Bed Hotel in
Artesia, California.
4. The Goldilocks Center - A 60,000 Square ft. mixed use retail and professiona
l offices, Artesia, California.
5. The Luzon Plaza- retail commercial and office building, Los Angeles, Califo
rnia
6 The Morningside Country Club - A 60,000 square ft. exclusive golf and tennis
club for the Prudential Insurance Company.
