Proactively manage activities relating to staffing, employee education, training
, and employee relations for various regions including San Diego CA, Central CA,
and Hawaii. Recommend, implement, and review policies and programs for human r
esources functions at 26 branch locations.
Consult and advise divisional, regional and senior management on employee relat
