activities, timelines and responsible owners of tasks required to complete the p

*Delivered enhancement requirements in the Remedy forms and modification to the
Incident Management, Change Management and Service Level Management Applications

oner Benefit Payment system provides information to approximately 400,000 pensio
ners.
*Oversaw the delivery of the $1.1M Online Pensioner Benefit Payment System and R
eport Solution which serves more than 40 Groups Benefit Management Companies acr
oss North America with Monthly Reports to meet the needs of the RBC Pension Clie
nts, which includes Pensioner information, Remittance address, EFT information,
Taxation Rules, Tax Slips and Historical Payment Report as well as ability to vi
ew data near real time.
*Worked closely with RBC Business Units (Stakeholders) to define the business ru
le around payment Transaction records to be incorporated into the System. Some o
f the rules include: Payment deduction, Tax deduction, Entitlement, Special Paym
ent, Tax Credit and Taxable Benefit rules.

*As the Project Manager, I successfully implemented the new Sears Canada Travel
website which is a web based application that allows customers to search and mak
e travel reservations online as well as integrated with internal Web Portal for
the B2B clients. The scope of the project includes Flight Packages, Hot Deals, H
otels, Cars and Cruise travel ticket bookings. The application developed using J
2EE architecture with Oracle 9i database.
*Worked closely with the Business Unit to define the project scope, business req
uirement and specification for the design of the Sears Travel websites (B2C and
B2B) and Coordinated the JAD sessions with the business stakeholders and develop
ers to review functional specification and design documents.
*Created the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and task activities for the project
phases as well as operational process changes required at all Sears Retail Trave
l Stores.
*Translated the requirement into functional specification showing the use-case d

*Gathered the business requirement for the "Remedy Service Request Automation" P
roject to automate the Hardware and Software request across the Enterprise Compa

*Developed the process to centralised Service Request through a Remedy Web inter
face and reduce manual procedures.
*Conducted detailed analysis of the current Software and Hardware inventories fo
r London Life Insurance and Great West Life Insurance companies into the CMDB as
well as identify gaps in the current request submission process.
*Recommended ways to address the Gaps in the Web-Service Request Submission and
