Career reflects 13 years of steady development in accountability and accomplishm
ents. A demonstration of leadership skills as an engineer resulted in a diversi
fied supervisory experience in the oil field, construction, and manufacturing op

SUMMARY OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
* Successfully managed 103 production employees, 5 trades, 4 supervisors, manufa
cturing engineer, and a continuous improvement coordinator to lead our business
unit year after year in production plans met, productivity gains, net sales, on-
time shipping, safety, GPS participation, 5s scores, material utilization, and f
ield problems (one or less field problem per year).
* Became first certified GPS champion by completing a 12 month project and prese
nting the results to all executives. Project gained 30% in VCD production with
a 40% reduction in manpower. This project was implemented in multiple facilitie
s.
* Coordinated Best Practices through video conference to involve manufacturing i
n KY and WI.
* Played a key role in increasing net sales from 10 million to 26 million over a
6 year period.
* Arranged plant move from Sacramento to Rocklin with no production downtime.
* Responsible for 5 different product line start-ups. Able to complete these ta
sks without prior experience of the product. Positive gains were produced withi
n the first year of production on all 5 projects. Received corporate recognitio
n for producing Grainger product in 2008.
* Reduced inventory levels by 30% using JIT concepts.

rs and maintenance. Reduced breakdowns by 40% over two years.

* Involved with bi-yearly union contract negotiations for union shop members (pr

* Managed removal of lead contamination within Folsom Prison. Removed all conta
mination from 3 firing ranges and 100,000 sq/ft area (near a waterway). Worked
closely with city officials and prison executives.
* Supervised, scheduled, and coordinated a plow team of 30 employees using heavy
equipment to install fiber optic lines from Sacramento to Berkeley and Sacramen
to to San Bernardino. This was a highly exposed contract for Level 3 investors.
* Completed 16 contracts for BP, Chevron, Phillips 66, Stone Energy, and indepen
dent investors. Provided measurement services which generated data needed for g
eosteering and formation evaluation.
