2003 - 2008: Consultant at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Plano, Texas, for Bank
of America directing projects as a Project Manager in the bank's worldwide data
network. This involved directing engineers, operations technicians, vendors inc
luding telecom providers, bank managers, and other project managers. EDS was acq
uired by Hewlett Packard (HP) in 2008 and is currently the largest technology co
mpany in the United States. Projects were delivered ahead of schedule and within
budget.
1981-2003 - Vice President/Consultant at Bank of America, San Francisco, CA. M
anaged and directed major enterprise wide Network rollout projects including EO
Ls client server, router swaps and upgrades, controllers, in the magnitude of t
housands per rollout. Required managing human resources, engineering, vendor sup
port, network operations, finance, procurement, change management, project manag
ers, and technical support. These projects had budget of several million to hund
reds of millions of dollars, and all were delivered under budget and ahead of sc
hedule.

nique for manual and automated systems and procedures. It involved problem defin
