参赛资格：公开于马六甲居民，不分组别

参赛资料: 参赛队伍必须于报名截止日期前，将报名表格寄交联络处。

规则：

1. 作品必须符合中秋为主题。
2. 所有作品属于自由创作，材料，形式，体积及数量皆不受限制。
3. 凡在公开性比赛发表过的作品（无论是得奖或没得奖）不能作为参赛作品。
4. 参赛品若以灯泡为装饰，参赛者须自备电线插座及有关用具，主办当局只提
供电源.
5. 参赛者必须在上述日期准时携带参赛作品到比赛场地报到，并领取编号，逾
时者恕不接受。
6. 请参赛者自备钩，以便可以把灯笼挂上。
7. 一份表格仅限于参赛一个灯笼。
 8. 裁判团之决定为最后决定，参赛者不得有异议。
9. 参赛者可以把参赛灯笼携带回家。
10. 主办当局将尽力保管参赛作品，若有损坏，恕不负责。
11. 如有违例者，主办单位有权取消参赛资格。
12. 主办当局有权在未通知之下更改比赛章程

评判范围：以灯笼外形，创意，美观，主题为标准。

奖项：
冠军-RM100
亚军-RM80
季军-RM60
优胜奖 x5:-RM40

附 则: （1）本简章如有未尽善处, 主办当局有权增删之。
(2）章程如有出入，以华文版本为主。
（3）请完整填写报名表格, 若发现有不完整之处, 主办当局有
权取消参赛资格。

Theme:

objective : 1)Enhance mid autumn festival cultural and tradition.

2)To improve the quality of lantern making.
3)To provide a platform for the community to know each other.

Date：12th september 2008(Friday)

Time of reporting: 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm

Venue: MBMB Hall, Taman Bukit Melaka

Participant: Open to all citizen of Malacca, none categorized

Expiry date: 9th September 2008

Terms and condition:

1. Participating lantern should be in line with the theme.

2. Participating lantern must be of own creativity, material, type of presentation, size
and weight is not restricted.
3. Any lantern which have participate in competition is not qualified to enter the
contest. (whether the lantern won or didn’t won)
4. If participating lantern equipped with light bulb, participant should bring their
own socket and related instrument, the organizer will only provide electricity.
5. Participant must bring their participating lantern on the date and the time of
reporting given to the competition venue and the take their competing number.
Latecomers will not be entertained.
6. Participant should bring their own hanger for hanging of the competing lantern.
 7. One contest form is llimited to one participating lantern only.
8. The decision of the judges are final and participant should not have any objection.
9. The participant are allowed to bring back their participating lantern.
10. The organizer will try their best to look after the competing lantern, if there is any
damaged, the organizer will not take responsibility.
11. Any violation of the rules and regulation stated, the organizer has the power to
dismiss any participants.
12. The organizer have the power to amend the rules and regulation stated without
informing to the participant.

Area of judgement: Lookings, Creativity, Theme, Prettyness

3rd prize-RM60
Consolation prize x 5-RM40

Additional:
(1) The Terms and Regulation are subject to changes. The organizer have the power
to amend any provision.
(2) If there is any differences in the terms and regulation, the Chinese version should
be referred.
(3) Please fill up the form completely, the organizer can cancel any participant
qualification if there is any form that is not completely filled.
