ESSAY

My name is Izzaty Hannis binti Zoolkepli. I was born on 21st May 1994
at Hospital Mentakab,Pahang. I live at Kuala Lipis,Pahang,

I have three siblings and I am the youngest.The best thing is,I am the
only girl in my siblings. My father is a policeman who works at Balai Polis
Benta,Kuala Lipis while my mother is a housewife.

I finished my primary school at SK Benta and then I pursued my study

at SMK Clifford,Kuala Lipis before I was accepted to MRSM Kuala Berang.

I was the Bureau of Princess and Wellfare for Student Representative

Council for 2010 and 2011 session.During early year of 2011, I was chosen to
go to Integrity Championship Challenge at MRSM Baling,Kedah because of my
leadership quality. I was also selected to be the Top Leader of Young
Excellent Student (YES) Programme. I was one of the committee members in
Science Club as I love this subject very much.

My ambition is to be a gynaecologist. A gynaecologist is the physician

who studies,diagnoses and dealing with the health of the female reproductive
system and the male reproductive system as well. I prefer to be the specialist
in Medical Gynaecology and Obstetrics. This specialist is about the treatment
of trained to evaluate, recognize and treat potential disease of the
reproductive system, and are also trained surgically to perform surgeries like
hysterectomies, (removal of the uterus).
The reason why I want to be a gynaecologist is because the increasing
in health problem involving female reproductive system in Malaysia.

I have to be the top achiever in my study as my dream is to obtain the

SPC’s scholarship ( Biasiswa Skim Pelajar Cemerlang). The scholarship will
help me to do the medical degree, but before doing the medical degree I
have to complete whether A-Level, International Baccalaureate or
preparatory class. After that I will do the medical degree for at least five
years . After finishing medical degree, I will undergo the housemanship
course for at least two years before being accredited as fully fledged doctor.
Then I can do master in Medical Gynaecology and Obstetrics that will takes
two years and then I will be a gynaecologist.
