n of several new processes and products including high speed waffle manufacture

ini-pancake packaging with seal strip technology, automated centralized palletiz
ing for the entire plant output, and others. I continued this experience in each
of my recent roles.
• Training & Education: My role as a leader is to Teach. I have developed trainin

scipline, alcohol and substance abuse attenuation, meeting facilitation, K-T pro
blem Solving, Applied Technical Training, Unnecessary waste and work elimination

iance, GMPs, and many others. • My teams Define and Eliminate Waste: We perform mate
l balances, waste audits, activity based costing, bill of materials development,
IPM and SPC, and use Lean principles as well as 6-sigma. My teams have eliminat
ed material waste, time waste, non-value added waste, and have come up with uniq
ue methods for reducing nuclear waste.
