What is UHARC ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ UHARC is a high compression multimedia archiver. It has a better compression ratio than ZIP, RAR, ACE, etc... See UHARC.DOC What is WinUHA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WinUHA is a powerful GUI (Graphical User Interface) for UHARC. Some Characteristics : - User friendly and modern interface, as commercial software - Shell Context Menu to speed up archives management - SFX GUI for UHA archives - Translation Engine to be really user friendly - Freeware for non commercial use, as UHARC. What will be WinUHA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WinUHA will be , i hope ;-), a generic File Archiver Interface, by supporting any archive format and any file that has an embedded file system,like CD/DVD Images. The Birth of WinUHA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A Night of May 2003, i had to send via email the "Rockwell Modem Driver CD" to a friend of mine. "Rockwell Modem Driver CD" Compressed Size was about 4 MB, over my email limit of 3 MB! Becouse of i knew well UHARC power, i decided to try compressing it with UHARC, of course using the console. Result was of ONLY 2.8 MB, and my email limit was happy ! So i did three coffee cups, and I programmed until my eyes were hit by the sun light ... Greetings
