Course Description: Mathematics 31 Mathematics 31 consists of pre-calculus and calculus. Mathematics 31 is designed for students with interest and aptitude in mathematics and/or intending university or college programs with intensive mathematics. Some topics are pre-calculus, limits, the derivatives, trigonometry, curve sketching, applications of the derivatives, and the integral, exponential, and logarithmic functions. There is a final exam. Course Description: Biology 20 Biology 20 studies energy and matter exchange in the biosphere, ecosystems and population change, photosynthesis and cellular respiration, and the human systems.
