A Journey Begins

Hello all my Dearly Loved Family and Friends, An exciting and God ordained opportunity has come my way and I would like to share it with you. I have the opportunity to minister in a Third World country to a hurting, hungry people in Africa in August, with Overland Missions. Overland Missions is a ministry founded by Phillip and Sharon Smethurst and is committed to reaching the most neglected and remote people of the world, they believe that no distance is too great to travel to help Gods people. The expedition that I will be a part of will start in Zambia on the Overland Missions Base. My team will then travel to remote villages in an expedition truck to minister and serve the villages of Northern Zimbabwe. While in Zimbabwe, my team and I will share the Love of God in untouched and neglected areas, as well as minister in the tribes and villages while documenting our expedition. These wonderful people need to hear that they are loved by God and by us. If we do not go, then who will? Can you help me, by partnering in prayer and finances? The total cost of the expedition is $3678.00. This includes travel costs to and from Zimbabwe, as well as costs for the 14 day expedition. This may sound like a lot of money, but I believe that this can be accomplished with your help. Would you pray about partnering with me with a donation of $50.00 to $350.00, if this is not doable, any amount would be a great help? If you are unable to partner with me financially, most importantly I would ask that you pray for me; that I might raise the needed funds and that this expedition would be life changing for our team and for all the lives that we have the opportunity to impact. Please print and use the attached coupons and make your checks payable to Overland Missions, so you can receive a tax receipt. ** My name cannot be written on the check anywhere, only write my name on the coupon itself.** All support must be in by July 1, 2011 and the expedition leaves August 1, 2011.
