Build strategy and implementation around novel solutions for Smarter Planet with other IBM Research labs

phones, energy meters, and appliances. We are exploring standards in the industry and how to enhance

from Solution Architects or consultants viz-a-viz, the end customer
ask (RFP or otherwise). Work with Solution architects to finalize
the layout drawings and freeze the same. Design the detailed and

and outside IBM. Work closely with the delivery teams to
accommodate any changes (in drawings and BOM) that may have
come in post contract signing. To produce good for construction
and As built drawings when required. To help workout further
best practices, build knowledge base and create repositories of
the work done. To work as per the given deadlines and to ensure
that the field teams get the right information before start of
execution. Must work as per the defined processes and
procedures.

* Desirable experience of 8-10 years in Architectural or interior
design practise. Knowledge and exposure to Design Standards
like IGBC, USGBC, ECBC, TIA 942, NFPA, BIS, NBC, Building
FARs etc., & should also be aware of local standards & authority
