Summary of the position for which Dionne has applied Dialogue by Design is a company working at the leading edge of consultation and citizen engagement processes using both the Internet and face-to-face techniques. Our work centres on engagement processes around environmental issues, science and technology, sustainable development, infrastructure planning, and local participation and democracy. Tasks include: Ensuring all new staff have - Signed the Undertaking of Confidentiality and are familiar with general induction information (H&S, IT security etc) - Provided the relevant details i.e. contact details, P45 for those that will be on PAYE, references etc. There is a need to be proactive and point out missing information and remind staff that they need to provide it in order to be paid. Booking people in to do analysis or data entry work - Agreeing dates and times - Ensuring there is a computer assigned to the person in the relevant room - Finding out and making a record of the future availability of each person in case more resource for a project is required Logging peoples hours based on - Timesheets for temporary analysts and data entry staff - Days worked for associate analysts Creating POs for: - Associate analysts - Agency (i.e. data entry temps) Ensuring that the list of temporary staff on PAYE have their hours logged ready to be paid at the end of each month Additional administrative tasks as required. There is a strong emphasis on record keeping and storing files in a systematic way. We are always looking at ways to improve our systems. The Programme administrator will support the work of Project Managers and other core staff. He or she needs to be trustworthy, assertive, tactful and maintain discretion and confidentiality when dealing with personal data. Please answer the following questions: 1

3. Do you think Dionne has the competency and ability to do the job she applied for? Yes see has many skills and abilities but can feel nervous if rushed to do something she is not sure about she needs time to get use too her role. And with that you will gain a great candidate.

Yes I hired Dionne on a temporary basic and was a temp for me for over a year then I decided to hire her as a permanent employee and Ive never looked back its a great pity I had to more aboard but If I need anyone to handle things for me in England I will be calling Dionne because I could trust her rely on her and feel confident that the job set out to do will be done with pride shes hardworking and totally reliable. I run a very big company with over 500 employees and Dionne is well known in the company due to her helpful happy personality
