We as Indonesian nation can know knowledge . because as we know that language we can read the best quality books, listening radio, other media. Without more we have much knowledge for future us.

Part of other, a lot of clever in English language and memorise a lot of vocabulary, but its not yet try for speaking English, although still speaks hard and combine with Indonesian language. So that way, we make this paper object once English skill is speaking for motivated speaker for speaking English.

Speaking is one or the other English skills that must be powered to speaking English well. We can see cleverness someone, when he speaking. What does he think, wiil be out by speaking.

What is the most important English skill? What skill must we have to communicate well? Obviously, number 1 is fluency. What is fluent? Fluent is able to speak a language easily and well.1 Fluency means we can talk easily with native speakers they easily understand we, and we easily understand them. In fact, we speak and understand instantly. So fluency is our most important English goal.

To Improving our English speaking, we must know other skill too. Such as listening, reading, and grammar. How we can speak English fluently if we dont know about grammar, how we can speak English true if we never listen it from the

owners language. A. J. Hoge said The Key To Excellent Speak English Is Listening.2

So, the way to speak English excellent is listening. We must be a powerfull listener to be a excellent speaker. The way to powerfull listening are: 1. Practice Narrow Listening Narrow listening means listening to many things about the same topic. This method is more powerful than trying to listen to many different kinds of things. 2. Divide Your Listening Time By dividing our time throughout the day, we remember more and learn faster. 3. Use an iPod or MP3 Player iPods are fantastic. We can put a big listening library on one. Then we can carry our English lessons everywhere. 4. Listen To Movies Movies are great for learning English but we must use them correctly. This method is powerfull, because we can improve our listening and speaking very fast. 5. Read and Listen at the Same Time Listening and Reading together are very powerful. While we listen to something, also read it. This will improve our pronunciation.3

As students of English department, we must improve our English skills. Because if not, we can be miss with other friends. So, to improve our English skills, there are four ways to do. Improve your learning skils. By your self, by your capacity. Motivate your self. You can motivated your self with many ways that

you like. Set yourself achievable goals. This live must be have destination. So,

can do it friends. Understanding how you learn best may also help you.

Learning English need more confident. But, how do you become more confident to speak English? Its something so difficult to do. Many people more know English, but they doesnt have brave and confident to speak English well. Now, we will explain how do you become more confident to speak English. There are many ways to do it : Practise where we can, when we can. Any practice is good whether we speak to someone who is a native English speaker or not. It's important to build our confidence. If possible, use simple English sentence structure that we know is correct, so that we can concentrate on getting our message across.

 Try to experiment with the English we know. Use words and phrases we know in new situations. Native English speakers are more likely to correct us if we use the wrong word than if we use the wrong grammar. Experimenting with vocabulary is a really good way of getting feedback. Try to respond to what people say to us. We can often get clues to what people think by looking at their body language. Respond to them in a natural way. Try not to translate into and from our own language. This takes too much time and will make we more hesitant. If we forget a word, do what native English speakers do all the time, and say things that 'fill' the conversation. This is better than keeping completely silent. Try using um, or er, if we forget the word. Don't speak too fast! It's important to use a natural rhythm when speaking English, but if we speak too fast it will be difficult for people to understand us. Try to relax when we speak you'll find our mouth does most of the pronounciation work for us. When we speak English at normal speed, we will discover that many of the pronunciation skills, such as linking between words, will happen automatically.4

If you already have brave and confident, you can to speak English well. Keep practice until you fluent to speaking English. But, stay remember, when you speaking English : Try to become less hesitant and more confident. Don't be shy to speak. More and more you do it, you will become more confident. Remember to be polite. Use "please" and "thank you" if you ask someone to do something for you.
