Preparation of substations layouts and drawings and getting approval. Supervise & check quality of works and compliance to technical specifications. Ensuring the safety of works at site. Timely completion of works & to ensure quality and performance standards. Assist contractors in day to day activities. Quantity/Cost evaluation of work done. Payment certificates preparations etc. Identifying actual causes of delay which impact the completion of work and recommending remedial solutions. Liaison with Govt. Officers. Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 132 KV & 11 KV Switchgears, Power Transformer and their earthing. Preparation of Retention Money Case. Survey of sites.
