JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA THE HUMBLE PETITION OF THE PETITIONERS ABOVE NAMED. MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: 1. That the petitioner is filing the present Special Leave Petition against the final Order dated 31.07.2008 passed by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi in M.A. No. 276 of 2005, the necessary fact and submission have been made in the accompanying petition and the same may be read as a part of this application.

That the above mentioned Special Leave Petition was filed on 09.02.2009 and was diary numbered as 3969 of 2009.

3. That the registry of this Hon'ble Court had returned the above Special Leave Petition bearing Dairy no. 3969 of 2009, citing the defects which were required to be cured. 4. That, the defects cited has now been cured. However, there is a delay of ___ days in refilling of the above Special Leave Petition due to certain clarifications which were required to be sought out. PRAYER On the aforesaid submissions the petitioners humbly pray that this Honble Court be pleased to: A) Condone the delay in filing the present Special Leave petition against the order dated dated 31.07.2008 passed by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi in M.A. No. 276 of 2005; and B) Pass such further and other orders as are necessary in the interest of justice.
