Organization as a best and unified platform for providing food, shelter & clothing (through earnings), love, affection & respect (from colleagues, customers and society in general), opportunity to learn, experiment, improve & innovate (through customer service, excellence, inventions) and affording worship, unity, permanence, peace and prosperity Mans work begins, where Gods work ends. All of us are creators (Brahman). In my fingertips I have the ability to create, operate and rectify (Laxmi). In my hands I have the ability to learn new things by doing (Saraswati). With these two abilities I can manage the whole world (Govind). My responsibility gives meaning to my life. I am born to manage this world. Outside my workplace I am self-motivated and self-managed. I can be self-motivated at workplace if I can work in a self-sufficient, selfdirected and self-managed team with clear charter. Teamwork leads to excellence. To be an effective team member, and a successful member of the organization, community and society one has to have a sound character and man-making skills. Character is built by resisting fear and temptations. If we stop wasting time in useless and harmful activities we get enough time to become proficient in man-making skills. Traditional Indian Products and services have been always worldclass in the sense that people from all over the world came to buy them. Modern Indian products can be world class with little more attention to being original in design, systematic training, testing and certification of craftsman, good housekeeping practices, standardization and documentation. Family is the original human organization from which all the trained professionals come out, to run other organizations. 90 % of our current behavior is the result of what happened to us up to the age of 7 years. Creating a harmonious atmosphere at home and practicing all the good principles and practices of organization at home is important. Moreover it is easier to start new practices in smaller organization like home, rather than larger organization.
