FLOWGROUT 40
High strength, free flow, non-shrink cementitious grout
BENEFITS < Prepacked and factory controlled, ensures consistency in supply, requires addition of water to develop a free flow, non-shrinking and high strength gaining grout. < Material shrinkage is offset by expansion during green condition and later on by maintaining original volume. < Self leveling by nature. < Easy placement and filling of underbases of machinery. < Non - metallic and chloride free. DESCRIPTION FLOWGROUT 40 is a single pack ready to use, high strength, free flowing, non- shrink grout. FLOWGROUT 40 is a blend of specially processed cement and special fillers, free from corrosive substances and additives. It is suitable for gap widths between 10mm to 50mm. 25 Kg of FLOWGROUT 40 will require 4.75 Litre of water (W/P=0.19) for flowable properties of water and 4.25 ltrs of water (W/P=0.17) for pourable properties. For mixing the grout a paddle attached drill is required.

DESCRIPTION FLOWGROUT 60 is a single pack, high strength, free flowing, non- shrink grout with a blend of specially processed cement and special fillers, free from corrosive substances and additives. It is suitable for gap widths between 10mm to 50mm. 25 Kg of FLOWGROUT 60 will require 4.00 litre of water (W/P=0.16) for flowable properties of water and 3.75 ltrs of water (W/P=0.15) for pourable properties. Curing : Within 3-4 hours of grouting, areas must be cured for a minimum of 7 days period.

Compressive Strength : 750 kg/cm at 7 days USES FLOWGROUT EPLV is used for injecting in cracks of concrete brickwork and masonry. Also used for base plate grouting with narrow gaps of <10mm diameter. DESCRIPTION ANCHORGROUT is a two part, pre-measured blend of polyester resins, with selected graded fillers, which when mixed, offers a high strength, fast setting, fast curing grout of thixotropic consistency. Designed for the anchoring of steel bars and bolts into concrete, machinery and brickwork. The typical axial pull out strength is around 48 N/mm. FAIRGROUT High strength, non-shrink, two part polymer cementitious grout, improves tensile properties, attains compressive strength of 500 kg/cm at 28 days. Expansion: 0.8% to 1.5 %. FAIRADD CG It is a pre-bagged, non-shrink cementitious grout admixture for post tensioned cables confirming to BS 8110 Part 1: 1985 Sec 8. It is designed to allow uniform mixing and eliminates unwanted segregation and bleeding. Attains 85 N/mm at 28 days with 0.14 w/c ratio. Expansion: upto 4%. FLOWGROUT AG Non-shrink, high strength, free flowing, non-metallic & chloride free cementitious grout for large section grouting. Attains ultra high strength of 700 Kg/cm at 28 days. Attains compressive strength of 780 kg/cm at 28 days. Expansion: 0.8% to 1.5%. Water powder ratio: Pourable 0.15, Flowable: 0.16. FLOWGROUT ROCK CAPSULE Resin capsule for rock bolting consisting of a filled resin mastic in one compartment and catalytic part in the other in accurately measured quantities. It protects bolt from corrosion and is strong, rapid and consistent anchorage. Also, it is effective in weak and watery ground conditions. FLOWGROUT EP(L) Free flow grouting system formulated to give good flow properties without filler separation. FLOWGROUT DUCT GROUT Single pack ready to use, blended, high strength, free flowing, non-shrink duct grout requiring addition of precise quantity of water and is made of special binders and specially non-corrosive aggregates, especially designed for grouting thin sections where free flow of cementitious mortar proves ineffective.
