Concrete curing aid

BENEFITS < Premixed, ready to use. < Can be used as a curing aid < Chloride free < Eliminates water curing < Replacement to irregular, insufficient and delayed curing. < Non toxic and inflammable. DESCRIPTION FAIRCURE C is supplied as a ready to use, clear, nonstaining, non-toxic, aqueous solution which when applied to fresh concrete surfaces, reacts with free

lime and seals the pores, thus reducing the evaporation of water from the mix which assist curing process. It is used as a curing aid for fresh concrete floors, screeds, granolithic toppings and vertical surfaces. USES FAIRCURE C can be used in areas of poor ventilation and further treatment can be done on FAIRCURE C coated surface. PACKING & COVERAGE < 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 & 100 Ltrs. DESCRIPTION FAIRCURE WC is supplied as a ready to use, white pigmented, non - stainy, non - toxic aqueous solution which when applied to fresh concrete surfaces confirming to ASTM C309-06 standard.

It reacts with free lime and seals the pores, thus reducing the evaporation of water from the mix which assists curing process and increasing durability. USES Used for large concrete surface areas such as floors, screeds, granolithic topping, sloped slabs and vertical structures. Wax based concrete curing compound BENEFITS < Ensures hard wearing surface < Minimizes risk of drying shrinkage, cracks and dusty surfaces. < Eliminates use of water, hessian cloth or sand, completely. < No risk of erratic or poor curing and ensures hydration of cement efficiently. < White pigmented so easy to identify and better reflections. DESCRIPTION FAIRCURE WX WHITE is a wax based concrete curing compound which complies with the internationally recognised ASTM C 309 - 81 standard. FAIRCURE WX WHITE is a white, low viscosity wax emulsion which incorporates a special reactive emulsion breaking system. This system ensures that the emulsion breaks down to form a non-penetrating continuous film immediately upon contact with a cementitious surface.

USES < Used for spraying on freshly casted concrete, or newly exposed concrete surfaces after removal of formwork, to form a temporary membrane which will retain sufficient moisture for effective curing to take place. < Used for concreting large areas such as pavements, runways and bridge decks, also for vertical or sloping surfaces as on towers, chimneys, canal lining, columns and beams where curing is difficult or unreliable. DESCRIPTION FAIRCURE RA is an aluminised resin based curing

membrane for concrete, conforming to ASTM 309, Type 2, Class B & BS 7542. It is supplied as single component liquid which is ready for immediate site application. It produces a hard wearing surface, with excellent adhesion properties. Continuous agitation of the product is recommended. Unless agitation is done, settlement of alumina particles at bottom would occur. USES < FAIRCURE RA is used for spraying on fresh concrete after removal of form work, to form a temporary membrane which will retain sufficient moisture for effective curing to take place. < FAIRCURE RA is worthful on heavy concrete

SETRELEASE

DESCRIPTION SETRELEASE is supplied as a pale amber liquid which turns white when diluted with water to produce a chemical release agent, combining the outstanding release properties of such materials with the economy of a conventional oil. It has been specially formulated to reduce or eliminate surface imperfection in precast, prestressed and poured in place concrete. USES SETRELEASE is used for easy & stain free release of concrete moulds and formwork of all types.

Ready to use chemical mould release agent BENEFITS < Ensures good fair-faced concrete < Non-staining < Minimises cleaning of shutters before re-use < Can be used with steam curing. < Reduces the incidence of air pocket and tendency of surface spalling of corners. DESCRIPTION SETRELEASE RU is supplied as a pale straw coloured, ready to use liquid with specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties, which are superior to those of a conventional mould oil. USES Used to protect aluminium windows and door frames from plaster and mortar splashes. DESCRIPTION SETKLEN is a combination of acid-base material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents. It is a concrete remover, cleaning and etching agent. USES < SETKLEN is used for the removal of mortar and plaster runs, droppings and stains from brickwork and concrete surface. < Also for removal of hardened concrete from tools, machinery and equipment, or rust and mill scale from steelwork. < Suitable for etching of concrete floors and surfaces prior to application or resin or other surface coating. FAIRCURE ER is a water based ready to use evaporation reducer, helps to produce high quality, concrete flat work, reduces surface moisture evaporation, reduces and eliminates plastic shrinkage cracking, effective in combating rapid drying conditions. Coverage: Application rate 5 to 6m per litre. FAIRCURE WX WHITE SPECIAL is a wax based white pigmented concrete curing compound and separation membrane compound. This system ensures that the emulsion breaks down to form a non-penetrating continuous film immediately upon contact with a cementitious surface. It can be applied on existing DLC (Dry Lean Concrete) and on which PQC can be laid within 12 hours of application. Coverage: 5-6m per litre. FAIRCURE WX CLEAR is a white water based concrete curing compound low viscosity wax emulsion, which incorporates a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system, ensures hard wearing surface, minimizes risk of drying shrinkage, cracks and dusty surfaces, does not require curing. Coverage: 3-4 m2 per litre. SETRELEASE EMULSION is a ready to use, water based, safe effective release agent, provides a water repellent, rainproof, rust inhibiting film to formwork, improves the concrete surface by eliminating voids. Coverage: 30 to 50 m depending upon the type of formwork. SETRELEASE SR is a specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having retardation and very good mould release properties. It ensures monolithic plaster with concrete, good fair faced and stain-free concrete surfaces, requires minimum cleaning of shutters before re-use. Coverage: 10 - 15m per litre depending upon the porosity and texture of mould surface. SETRELEASE WC is a resin based, tough, durabe and single pack shuttering coating which is used as a protective coating to improve efficiency and prolong the working life of timber, plywood, hardboard and steel moulds. Coverage: 9-10m / ltr. FM-DEGREASER is high penetration, noncorrosive solvent based cleaner and degreaser based on a blend of organic solvents and wetting agent. It is used for easy removal of oil, grease and many other types of contamination from floors, machinery, moulds formwork and tools. Coverage: 3-5 m per litre.
