Towards prosperity.........

Various human activities for rapid industrialization, urbanization, agricultural purposes throughout the world by removing the forest coverage, burning fossil fuel etc, are making the earth hot and hotter. Ultimate result is global warming due to green house gas effect and change of Climate. Effects of Green House Gases are: 1. Increase of temperature of Earth. 2. Raise of Sea level, 3. Change of Hydrologic Cycle, 4. Effect on Health, 5. Effect on ecosystem, desert and sea coast 6. Effect on forest biodiversity and animals Bangladesh is a density populated poor country where shortages of utilities like gas, electricity, irrigation facilities, fertilizer, etc. Also climate change issue due to Global Warming. To overcome the situation Bio Gas Plant would be a remarkable method. In a survey, Bangladesh has potentiality of 40 lacs bio gas plant where currently there is only 40 thousand. If 40 lacs bio gas plants deployed then there is a possibility to have 4.8 billion cubic meter bio gas, 240 million ton organic fertilizer, 5 million ton vermin compost fertilizer, 17 billion litter milk, 12 million calves, and 1 million ton meat 26 million square meter skins. Upon establishment of 40 lacs small plant / farm, there will be employment possibilities of 1 crore 20 lacs people. Based on these small farms there would be huge marketing network for digester, bio gas equipment, feed mill, fertilizer, milk, meat etc. Fiber Glass Bio-Gas Portable Digester: In last 15 years nearly 40 thousand digester based bio-gas plant made by concrete and cement have been developed and most of them are out of order. This most important process has not been taken off due to enormous limitations of making this concrete based disaster. Recently Win Sources Ltd has developed high quality disaster using Fiber Glass under the supervision of BCSIR, which is not only the first of such kind in Bangladesh but also in South-East Asia. The Advantage of Fiber Glass Bio Gas Portable Digester: 1. Digester is built with four portable parts which is easy to transport, even any body can carry it on his/her head to any remote place. 2. Different size and shaped Digester can be produced in the factory as per need and requirement 3. The Digester can be placed in any place of the country any time through local mechanic in a faster pace. 4. It can be re-placed any time. As for example- River breakage, non-recovery bank loan by beneficiary or in any case the farm shut down and for any family reason the farm need to re-placed 5. This kind of Digester will not be damaged through salty water in low sea land areas. 6. The main raw material of this Digester is glass fiber where 40% of our local jute fiber can be used, so that it will open up a new horizon of the usability of golden fiber.

First Bio Gas Plant Deployed at Prime Ministers Residence Gono Bhaban: On 21st July 2010 Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina inaugurates the first fiber glass bio gas plant at her government residence. In the inaugural session she remarked that this new technology can change the Socio-Economical condition of Bangladesh and reduce Global Warming by producing renewable green energy. Road Map: 1st Phase: Government decided to introduce this technology in rural level thus they select two villages in Gopalganj district for Pilot deployment. In those villages there will be 90 house hold getting the benefit of Bio Gas Burner, Bio Gas Light, 4 Bigha Bio Gas Plant to produce Gas for operating 12000 Watt Gas Generator for supporting all household through LED Light. This plant also produces plenty of Organic Fertilizer. 2nd Phase: Government select 2 Upozila in Gopalganj District for Pilot deployment of approximately 5000 plant in all potential household in association with a private bank under re financing scheme of Bangladesh bank on Renewable Energy. 3rd Phase: After successful completion of 1st phase Government will actively consider to introduce this project in one village of all Upozila for built awareness and orientation. Please note that, various development partners are strongly recommend this technology and they are prepare to go for this technology in larger scale. Usually they support with 25% cash subsidy and sometime micro credit. For deploying this technology in bigger scale its required use of financial support in the form micro credit with lower interest rate.
