Instrucciones de montaje
Fijar sobre una superficie plana segn figura 1.
Utilizar siempre arandelas planas o estriadas.
Posiciones admisibles de fijacin, ver figura 2.
Ajustar todos los bornes no utilizados en los
productos.
Para las selecciones admisibles de los conductores,
ver tabla abajo.
Luego de terminar el cableado, controlar el torque
de ajuste de los bornes de conexin.
Piezas de reposicin: bobina del contactor,
contactor, rel de sobrecarga o interruptor,
indicacin del tipo ( ver en el respectivo producto).

Aplicaciones
Los ARRANCADORES SIRIUS 3RE estn destinados a la maniobra y proteccin de
motores hasta 20CV/15kW - 220V y 30 CV/22kW - 380V en categora AC-3 y con un
rango de corriente entre 0,7 hasta 50A. Son aplicables en motores trifsicos o
monofsicos. Existen en 3 tamaos de caja.
Estn disponibles en las siguientes configuraciones:
- 3RE10 > Arrancador para arranque directo, compuesto por contactor y rel de sobrecarga.
- 3RE11 > Arrancador para arranque directo, compuesto por contactor y guardamotor.
- 3RE12 > Arrancador para arranque directo e inversor de marcha, compuesto por contactores y
guardamotores.
- 3RE13 > Arrancador para arranque directo e inversor de marcha, compuesto por contactores y
rel de sobrecarga.
- 3RE17 > Arrancador para arranque directo, compuesto por fusibles, contactor y rel de sobrecarga
- 3RE18 > Arrancador para arranque conmutado de dos motores ( sistema de dos bombas de agua),
compuesto de guardamotor y contactores.

Tipos de coordinacin
La norma IEC 60 947-4-1/ DIN VDE 0660 parte 102 define dos tipos de
coordinacin de protecciones.
En los dos tipos de coordinacin, el cortocircuito ser eliminado con seguridad. Las
diferencias que existen entre ambos tipos es solamente el grado de prdida de
componentes que se sufre despus de un cortocircuito.
Coordinacin tipo 1
Despus de la interrupcin segura del cortocircuito el Arrancador para arranque directo 3RE podr
estar incapacitado para continuar funcionando. El contactor y el elemento de proteccin de
sobrecarga podrn ser sustituidos.
Coordinacin tipo 2
Despus de la interrupcin segura del cortocircuito, el Arrancador para arranque directo 3RE, ser
capaz de funcionar nuevamente sin mantenimientos ( slo se admite una pequea soldadura entre
los contactos del contactor, fcilmente separables). El rel de sobrecarga no sufrir ningun dao.
