Founded in 2005, the firm has a proven track record of successfully completing transactions. Devenio has raised about $350M in Private Equity and $600M in Debt for its Clients till 2010. Management Team
Rajiv Agarwal Managing Director Rajiv is a CA by qualification, and a successful Entrepreneur by experience, has gained immense experience in organizational growth & business strategy across Industry Sectors in India, EU and the North America Markets and has worked with Ernst & Young, India. He has been working with Private Investor Groups over a decade now and has advised leading Organizations in India, including Fortune 500 Companies, on Finance & Strategy in his investment advisory career. Rajivs specialization lies in raising Capital, Strategy and Investment Management. Rajiv is based out of New Delhi, India, at the Corporate Office and oversees Devenios operations across India, US and EU.

Inder Mohan Singh- Director Inder is a Chartered Accountant by profession and an experienced financial professional responsible for business development, client delivery and execution. Prior to Devenio, Inder worked at an audit and accounting firm and has extensive experience in project financing, Taxation Planning and Business Valuations. He has also dealt with Registrar of Companies and Company Law Board on various Company Law matters.

Vikram Kumar Agarwal Senior VP Vikram is a CA and is an all India rank holder; his other academic accomplishments include: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA, Diploma in Information Systems audit (DISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI) Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMA, Australia Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors, USA Certified Business valuer from ICAI, India. Vikram with over 20 years of experience has worked in reputed Private Equity funds, consulting organizations like Ernst & Young and SR Batliboi & Co and has been CFO of reputed organizations in India. Vikram is looking at business development and deal closure.

Yashica B. Jain VP Yashica is a PGDM from Amity Business School. She has worked at a senior level in reputed organizations like , ICICI Bank, Jindal Saw Limited, Crest Biotech Private Limited, Aksh Optifibre Limited. Yashica is looking at Fund Raising, M&A & deal execution.

Ravi Agarwal AVP Ravi is an MBA-finance from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management Delhi and Bachelor in Business Economics (Hons) from Delhi University." Ravi has over 10 years of experience and has worked in reputed organisations like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, DBS Cholamandalam , Worbus International and Expanza Access Limited. Ravi is looking at Fund Raising, M&A & deal execution.

Pulkit Goenka- Sr. Manager Pulkit is MBA Finance from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), a premier management institute in India. Pulkit has over 5 years of experience and has worked in reputed organisations like Worbus International and Expanza Access Limited. Pulkit is looking at Fund Raising, M&A & deal execution.

Rashmi Poddar Senior Manager Rashmi is a diploma in Business Management from Xavier's Institute of Management, Mumbai and has done , Certificate Course in

advanced Diploma in Systems Management from Informatics Computer Systems, Jaipur

computer applications from Rajasthan University. Rashmi takes care of the business development activities of the company.

Vivek Sharma Senior Manager Vivek is an ISI graduate with major in Quantitative Economics. Prior to joining Devenio he has worked with Lehman Brothers and D.E. Shaw. His expertise lie in business valuations and interpreting market dynamics and trends. He works out of the Bangalore office and his areas of focus include M&A, JVs, Corporate Advisory and raising growth capital.

Advisors : Swatantra Sharma- Senior technocrat in Power industry having spent 39 years in Power sector in India and abroad, with specialization in Thermal Power Generation and Power Distribution Management. His Key skills include developing and managing power projects, power distribution, business development, strategic planning, and O & M of power plants. He has been in the core group of Tata Power for development of projects, including Ultra Mega Projects. He was Head of Generation and Power Trading Department of NDPL (a JV of Tata Power and Delhi Government). Earlier, he worked for Delhi Government, the erstwhile Delhi Vidyut Board and Dubai Electric Company. Cumulatively, he has handled projects to set up 21 Power generation facilities, 8 Desalination plants and has been one of the pioneers to install HVDS and Ariel Bunch Conductors in India. A Mechanical Engineering Graduate of 1969, he has undergone specialized trainings in India, Switzerland and the UK.

DR. S.K. Sarangi Is a doctorate in Geology and has over 20 years of rich experience in the field of Mining. He is also Managing director of Geomin Consultants Private Limited. He is based out of Bhubaneswar.

We also assist our clients raise rupee as well as foreign currency debt including syndication of ECBs and FCCBs. Transaction Advisory (TAS) Under TAS,we undertake Business Strategy Formulation, Business Plan Development, target identification, financial, commercial & operational due diligence, financial modeling , act as lead advisors and provide bid support, deal structuring advice, divestment support, and post-deal monitoring services.

Devenio has been working with early stage companies from its Bangalore Offices and is now raising Venture Capital through VC firms and Private Investors. Our Objective To gain equity across the start-ups and early stage companies that we are associated with and thereby participate in Venture Development.
