Tipuri de servicii prestate: o analiz de sistem i stabilire model de afaceri (informaional) o realizare specificaii de programare o demonstraii / studii de caz / simulri cu produsele ERP o realizare manuale/ cursuri / proceduri de utilizare o colarizare beneficiari n utilizarea produselor ERP o recomandri privind codificarea datelor o parametrizarea sistemelor ERP pentru asigurarea cerinelor beneficiarului o asisten n migrarea / conversia datelor o asisten tehnic de tip help-desk sau la sediul clientului pentru utilizarea sistemului ERP implementat Particip n faza de pre-sales prin: o prezentri ale produsului la posibilii beneficiari, la seminarii i conferine, la trguri i expoziii o redactare rspunsuri n oferte la cerinele precizate de posibilii beneficiari o realizare i prezentare studii de caz pentru posibilii beneficiari Colaboreaz cu programatorii prin realizarea specificaiilor programelor de adaptare, localizare sau dezvoltare ale produselor ERP. Testeaz programele realizate de programatori.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provision of consultancy services to support the implementation and post - implementation of ERP products for the commercial package developed by one of the leading global ERP market, company INFOR / Baan. Types of services: o establishing a system analysis and business model (informational) o programming specifications achievement o a demonstration / case studies / simulations with ERP products o making manuals / instruction / procedures for use o beneficiaries in the use of a school ERP o a recommendation on data encryption o a parameterization of ERP systems to ensure user requirements o assistance in the migration / data conversion o technical support help-desk type or on-site for use ERP system implemented Participate in pre-sales through: o a presentation of the product to potential beneficiaries, seminars and conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions
