After Ecoinspect signs and stamps these documents, one copy is sent back to the client. Once the contract is signed, the operator will have to register his activity at ANPE, an agency that functions as part of the Ministry of Agriculture. The calculation of the fee for inspection and certification The costs for inspection and certification depend on the size of the farm and the field of activity. The fee includes the costs related to the transportation of the inspector. These fees are stipulated in the contract. The invoice that includes the inspection fee will be calculated and sent to the client before the inspection season begins (the procedure that is applied for the clients that are already in the system). Once the client pays 50% of the total fee, he will be scheduled for an inspection.
