Chat Cafe approach is to cater the masses & to reach the corners, to serve branded hygienic food to the masses: and all this in affordable prices and in low investment. Whenever we talk of any food and hospitality business; then the requirement is that the business should be located at prime location, preferably in busy markets or near or inside residential area. These areas are very costly and governed by various bye-laws. So if weclub production and restaurant then we will be ending up with huge investment and wasting of valuable location for harboring production equipments which may be objectionable to the authorities also. So, this concept of chat cafe came, production at one less valuable location, may be in industrial area or away from the crowds and restaurant at a location may in residential area , at a position expecting high foot fall. In Year 2005 BIKANERVALA introduced the new concept under the name of Bikano Chat Cafe A chain of fast-food outlets catering to the needs of modern - day Young in a hurry , serving traditional Indian chat and 100 % Pure Vegetarian fare in a hygienic & world class modern environment at various workstations. Since its inception the Brands endeavor has always been to provide customer delight. With a proven track record of running over 68 locations, to name a few, we are at IBM, CONVERGYS, MARUTI UDYOG LTD. etc. With the strong brand presence in the Institutional areas, we are now gaining presence in the Retail sector & malls. We expect to be at 100 outlets by 2010. To ensure brand standards and quality, we exercise regular audits. Constant R & D, HR incentives, controlling F & B costs and a concentrated marketing thrust keeps us ahead of the competition.
FRANCHISEE TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE AS:

FOR FRANCHISEE

Space will be owned/rented by franchisee Electricity and maintenance expenses will be incurred by the franchisee All staff expense will be paid by the franchisee himself Payment of royalty shall come on monthly basis of every first week of the month e. Equipment, furniture, fixture, signage, menu board, fryers, food warmers, deepfreeze and display counters these all installed by the franchisee under the guidelines and parameters of BFPL f. Employees will be employed by franchisee under the conditions follow by BFPL g. Premises should be approved by the concerned govt. authorities in all aspects h. No other trade mark is installed under our mark means no other goods will be sold by the franchisee without our permission i. No subletting will be allowed of the caf during the currency of agreement j. Franchisee shall not use the said trade marks and trade name of in any manner which leads to be disparage of brand k. All payments transactions to BFPL by the franchisee in terms favor through banking l. Run, maintain and operate the outlet in a manner consistent with rights of BFPL m. All equipment and drawing will be approved by BFPL n. To observe all standards and parameters prescribed under the law for preparation and selling the food products o. Be responsible payment of sales tax, VAT or any govt. or local tax p. To provide daily gross sales report to BFPL q. Maintain all insurances, which prescribed through govt. r. Franchisee shall manufacture and sell its goods strictly in accordance with and in full compliance with all of the applicable provisions of the laws and regulations to which the parties are subjected. (this will be applicable only Chinese and south Indian cuisine rest ensure that all food products will be supplied from Bikanos itself) s. No license is granted hereunder to use the trademark BIKANO, as a trade name, and Franchisee shall not make use thereof as a trade name, unless specifically authorized to do so in accordance with the provisions of the written trade name agreed between the Parties. t. This Agreement shall take effect and commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in force

for the Franchise Period subject to the terms and conditions hereof. u. In consideration of operation of the Business and other obligations of Franchisee, Franchisee shall be entitled to all revenues, profits (or loss), recognized and unrecognized gain except as provided hereinafter, in connection with or derived from the Business, subject to Bfpl rights to receive the Royalty. For Leave & License Agreement Holder : Space will be provided by Developer / Property Owner owned/rented by franchisee Electricity and maintenance expenses will be incurred by the Licensee All staff expense will be paid by the Licensee himself Furniture, fixture, & all kitchen equipments is to be installed by Licensor under the guildlines & parameters of BFPL. Premises should be approved by the concerned govt. authorities in all aspects No other trade mark is installed under our mark means no other goods will be sold by the franchisee without our permission Run, maintain and operate the outlet in a manner consistent with rights of LICENSEE All equipment and drawing will be approved by through by BFPL To observe all standards and parameters prescribed under the law for preparation and selling the food products Maintain all insurances, which prescribed through govt. No license is granted hereunder to use the trademark BIKANO, as a trade name, and Franchisee shall not make use thereof as a trade name, unless specifically authorized to do so in accordance with the provisions of the written trade name agreed between the Parties.
