CERTIFICATE COURSE IN PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

This course intends to develop a core team of volunteers who believes in the field of social work. It has also an objective of empowering people and creating awareness about the society in large. Our emphasis will always remain on creating a voluntary Cadre of Social Works who will work for the community at large.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
1. To recognise feelings, diagnose needs and fears, and improve ones ability to deal with conflict 2. To improve ones effectiveness in interpersonal interactions and derive greater satisfaction from relationship and create working atmosphere. 3. To explore and enhance the attitude and potential of ones 4. To learn and practice new skills and techniques for effective outputs 5. To get exposed to different methods by which the personality can be improved

B) PRACTICALS SESSION:
20 hours of supervised session will be planned where by participants will be given some topics to present themselves on different issues

C) ASSIGNMENT (SMALL THESIS)

One assignment on the topic given by organizer of Minimum 10 pages;
