Organization Role Description

Mathematical Modeling and Design.

An integrated optical directional coupler is used to combine and split signals in an optical network. It consists of two input and two output ports. Input signals can be split across the output ports in the desired ratio, called the coupling ratio. In this project we propose to investigate by mathematical modeling , a frequency selective integrated optical directional coupler that consist of two optical waveguides. Electrodes are used to control the properties of the optical directional coupler. The study consist of optical properties of the integrated optical directional coupler and their relation to communication channel characteristics such as sensitivity, dynamic range, cross talk etc.
2. BE Project Project Title Organization : : Unmanned Surveillance Vehicle (car). N.C.E.T,Bangalore

Description : The scope of this project is to develop a driver less intelligent car. The car can find its own direction such that if any obstacles if found on it path it can taken a diversion and travel in a different direction. This car will also detect the present room temperature and switch on and off the air conditioner accordingly. The car can also detect the day light or night to switch on and off the headlamps. This driver less car can also give indication for fuel empty, in this case if the battery is been discharged. It can also calculate the approximate distance that it can travel with the present fuel (battery charge) existing.
