Situatii in care apar bariere administrative

Solicitarile de informatii se refera la cerinte substantiale care au fost anulate sau modificate (de ex. Obligatiile de informare in transportul rutier au fost introduse atunci cand s-au solicitat permise speciale pentru transportul internationale). Frecventa de raportare este prea mare in comparatie cu ritmul evenimentelor. Frecventa de raportare si termenele limita impuse prin diferite obligatii nu sunt aliniate, pentru motive justificate. Aceleasi informatii sunt solicitate de autoritati diferite. Aceleasi informatii trebuie transmise in formate diferite (de ex. in format electronic si in format pe hartie). Solicitarile de informatii se aplica fara deosebire (i.e. chiar si acelora care au un rol minor intr-un domeniu). Cerintele legislative sunt atat de complicate incat nu se poate intelege ce informatii trebuie colectate si/sau cum trebuie transmise. Obligatiile privind informatiile sunt impuse dincolo de ceea ce este solicitat initial prin lege (supra-reglementare).

Principii de reducere a barierelor administrative

Reducerea frecventei privind cerintele de raportare la nivelurile minim necesare. Revizuirea informatiilor redundante. Incurajarea raportarilor de tip web-based. Limitarea constrangerilor impuse intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii prin introducerea de limite privind cerintele de furnizare a informatiilor de catre intreprinderile mici si mijlocii prin introducerea de limite mall and medium-sized enterprises by introducing thresholds for information requirement Orientarea catre acei operatori care pot genera, cu probabilitatea cea mai mare, costuri administrative in anumite sectoare. Reducerea sau eliminarea cerintelor referitoare la informatii acolo unde acestea se refera la cerinte legislative anulate sau modificate, sau induc supra-reglementare Clarificarea capitolelor legislative complexe care pot incetini ritmul activitatilor intreprinderilor.

Facilitarea achizitiei de servicii publice agregate, diferite licente pentru firme si scheme de sprijin prin mai multe agentii participante, intr-o singura locatie, convenabila pentru firme, si simplificarea procedurilor. Oferirea de indrumari pentru a evita obstacolele legislative inutile (de ex. obligatiile privind furnizarea de informatii). Do foreigners need to haue a trade license in order to pursue bussiness in the Czech Republic? A foreigner intending to pursue a business activity in the Czech Republic is authorized to pursue such activity only upon a duly issued trade license. In order to get it a foreigner (being a natural person residing or a legal entity domiciled outside of the Czech Republic) needs to approach the trade license office having local competence and notify of a trade or apply for the issuance of a license. With this service, any citizen can incorporate a company online through the website of Portal da Empresa. However you can only do so if represented by a Lawyer or Solicitor with a Digital Certificate or if you have a Citizen Card. The following companies can be formed: commercial private limited companies (including sole quotaholder), public limited companies and general commercial partnerships. This service isn't available to companies whose share capital is paid-up through contributions in kind where the assets brought by the partners to the company are transferred through a more formal form than the written form. Any citizen can incorporate a company through this service. Natural persons, as well as representatives of collective persons, can now incorporate companies here, However you can only do so if represented by a Lawyer or Solicitor with a Digital Certificate or if you have a Citizen Card.
