INSTRUCTIVO DE USO DE TEMPORIZADOR DIGITAL DE 8 EVENTOS Modelo: TEMP-08E Marca: Steren Antes de utilizar su nuevo Temporizador Digital lea este instructivo para evitar cualquier mal funcionamiento. Gurdelo para futuras referencias. Su nuevo temporizador le permite programar hasta 8 eventos de activacin o desactivacin de un equipo elctrico. Cuenta con una batera recargable interna para conservar la programacin y la hora. Permite recibir cargas de hasta 3000W o 16A. Si sale de casa durante perodos largos, cuenta con una funcin de activacin / desactivacin aleatoria, ofrecindole la posibilidad de encender o apagar equipos a distintas horas simulando la presencia de personas dentro de la casa. IMPORTANTE No intente abrir el equipo, puede ocasionar malfuncionamiento y anulacin de la garanta. No use ni almacene este equipo en lugares donde existan goteras o salpicaduras de agua. Puede ocasionar fallas o peligro de choque elctrico. Siempre utilice un pao suave, limpio y seco para limpiar el equipo. CONTROLES 1.- Semana (Week) ....... Put them away in a safe place for future references. Your new Digital Timer allow one to program up to 8 different events to activate or deactivate a specific electrical device. It counts with an internal rechargeable battery and functions as time and programming back-up. Maximal consumption up to 3000W or 16A. The Digital Timer has a randomly activate / deactivate function, offering you the possibility of power on or power off the device at different hours, simulating people presence inside of the house.

IMPORTANT Do not try to open the equipment, may cause malfunction and warranty repeal. Do not use or store the equipment near wet places. May cause malfunction or shock hazard. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.

SETTING CURRENT TIME Before to use the Digital Timer by first time, make sure to set the current time. 1.- Press and hold Clock button (5). 2.- Without release the Clock button, press Hour button (2) continuously to set the current hour. 3.- Release the Hour button and press Minutes button (3) to set the current minutes. 4.- Release the Minutes button and press Week button (1) to select the current day of the week. 5.- Release both buttons. Note: The hour appears in 24-hour format.

PROGRAMACIN DE EVENTOS Antes de comenzar la programacin asegrese de que el equipo muestra la hora y da actual. Si desea programar el encendido de un aparato elctrico de las 8.14 de la noche a las 9:03 de la noche el da jueves: 1.- Presione el botn de Programacin (Prog) (6). En pantalla aparece el evento nmero 1 para programar. 2.- Presione el botn de Horas (Hour) (2) hasta que el nmero 20 aparezca en pantalla. 3.- Presione el botn de Minutos (Min) (3) hasta que el nmero 14 aparezca en pantalla. 4.- Presione el botn de Semana (Week) (1) hasta que la palabra Th (Jueves) aparezca en pantalla. 5.- Presione el botn de Programacin para guardar la hora de encendido. 6.- Presione el botn de Horas (Hour) (2) hasta que el nmero 21 aparezca en pantalla. 7.- Presione el botn de Minutos (Min) (3) hasta que el nmero 03 aparezca en pantalla. 8.- Presione el botn de Programacin para guardar el evento programado. 9.- Presione el botn de Encendido / Apagado (7) hasta que aparezca la palabra Auto para activar el temporizador. El equipo conectado al temporizador se encender a las 8:14 de la noche y se apagar a las 9:03 de la noche.

HOW TO PROGRAM EVENTS Before to start to program an event, make sure that the Timer shows the current day and time. If you want to power on an electrical device from 8:14pm to 9:03pm on Thursday night, follow these steps: 1.- Press Programming (Prog) (6) button. On screen appears the event number 1. You can start to program. 2.- Press Hour button (2) until the number 20 appears on screen. 3.- Press Minutes (Min) (3) button until the number 14 appears on screen. 4.- Press Week button (1) until the Th (Thursday) word appears on screen. 5.- Press Programming button to store the Power On Time. 6.- Press Hour button (2) until the number 21 appears on screen. 7.- Press Minutes (Min) (3) button until the number 03 appears on screen. 8.- Press Programming button to store the programmed event. 9.- Press On / Off (7) button until the Auto word appears on the LCD screen in order to activate the Timer. The connected device will power on at 8:14pm and will power off at 9:03pm. If you want to leave a device power on all the day (Constant Power On) and you want to turn it off at 11:25 on Wednesday and then turn it on at 5:45pm on Saturday, follow these steps: 1.- Press Programming button (Prog) (6). On screen appears the event number 1. You can start to program. 2.- Press Programming button to leave in blank the Input Time On. 3.- Press Hour button (2) until the number 11 appears on screen. 4.- Press Minutes (Min) (3) button until the number 25 appears on screen. 5.- Press Week button (1) until the We (Wednesday) word appears on screen. 6.- Press Programming button. 7.- On screen appears the event number 2. 8.- Press Hour button (2) until the number 17 appears on screen. 9.- Press Minutes (Min) (3) button until the number 45 appears on screen. 10.- Press Week button (1) until the Sa (Saturday) word appears on screen. 11.- Press Programming button to store the changes. 12.- Leave in blank the Off time and press the Programming button once again to store the event. 13.- Plug an electrical device into the Digital Timer, make sure that the plugged device is already On. 14.- Connect the Digital Timer into an AC household outlet. 15.- Press On / Off button (7) until the word Auto appears on the LCD screen in order to activate the Timer. The connected device will power off at 11:25 on Wednesday and will power on Saturday at 5:45pm.

Si desea tener un equipo encendido todo el da (Encendido Permanente) y desea que se apague el Mircoles a las 11:25 de la maana y se vuelva a encender a las 5:45 de la tarde del Sbado: 1.- Presione el botn de Programacin (Prog) (6). En pantalla aparece el evento nmero 1 de para programar. 2.- Presione el botn de Programacin para dejar en blanco la hora de inicio. 3.- Presione el botn de Horas (Hour) (2) hasta que el nmero 11 aparezca en pantalla. 4.- Presione el botn de Minutos (Min) (3) hasta que el nmero 25 aparezca en pantalla. 5.- Presione el botn de Semana (Week) (1) hasta que la palabra We (Mircoles) aparezca en pantalla. 6.- Presione el botn de Programacin. 7.- En pantalla se muestra el evento nmero 2. 8.- Presione el botn de Horas (Hour) (2) hasta que el nmero 17 aparezca en pantalla. 9.- Presione el botn de Minutos (Min) (3) hasta que el nmero 45 aparezca en pantalla. 10.- Presione el botn de Semana (Week) (1) hasta que la palabra Sa (Sbado) aparezca en pantalla. 11.- Presione el botn de Programacin para guardar los cambios. 12.- Deje en blanco la hora de terminacin y presione una vez ms el botn de Programacin para guardar el evento. 13.- Conecte un equipo elctrico al temporizador, asegurndose de encenderlo. 14.- Conecte el temporizador a un contacto de pared. 15.- Presione el botn de Encendido / Apagado (7) a la posicin de Auto para activar el temporizador. El equipo conectado al temporizador se apagar el mircoles a las 11:25 de la maana y se encender nuevamente a las 5:45 de la tarde del da sbado. Notas: Puede programar hasta 8 eventos diferentes. Si comete algn error o desea editar un parmetro durante el modo de programacin, presione el botn de Cancelar (R) (4). Las horas aparecen en formato de 24 horas. Los das de la semana aparecen en ingls. En el modo de encendido permanente, asegrese de que el equipo conectado al temporizador se encuentra encendido. No utilice equipos electrnicos con encendido digital. COMBINACIN DE DAS DE LA SEMANA Su equipo cuenta con hasta 9 formas diferentes de seleccin de da de la semana. Presione el botn de Semana (Week) (1) continuamente durante el Modo de Programacin para ver cada una de las opciones.

FUNCIONES ESPECIALES Presione el botn de Semana (Week) (1) y el botn de Horas (Hour) (2) simultneamente para extender el tiempo de encendido / apagado de los eventos programados en un intervalo de 2 a 32 minutos de forma aleatoria. En pantalla se mostrar un cono de Reloj. Para quitar esta funcin, vuelva a presionar ambos botones simultneamente, el cono desaparecer de la pantalla. CONTROLES

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS Press Week (1) button and Hour (2) button at the same time to extend the Power On / Power Off time of the programmed events in an interval from 2 to 32 minutes, randomly. On screen appears a Clock icon. To quit this function, press both buttons simultaneously, the icon disappear from the screen.
