What is the JDS?


The Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) provides opportunities for promising and young government officials to pursue 2-year Masters Programs in English. The Japanese Government, through the JDS, aims to support human resources development of the Philippines by developing leaders who are expected to be engaged in formulation and implementation of social and economic development policies of the Philippine Government.
