Director, Sparks Family Marketing Center, University of Memphis, 1996 - 1999 Developed proposal and initiated fundraising activities resulting in procurement of a $500,000 endowment to establish the Willard R. Sparks Family Marketing Center. Approximately $250,000 was directed toward the development of a computerized classroom and working lab, with the remaining donation designated for an operating endowment. Responsible for the design, equipment purchase, and renovation of a classroom consisting of 30 desktop computers, multimedia instructor's station, and audio and video projection facilities.
