How do you quantify success on projects in your area (customer satisfaction, low amounts of down time)? 4. If you have a project that is not successful, have you used training to address the issue? Was the training useful? 5. Describe any challenges that your area has had with training or professional development 6. Describe any successes that your area has had with training or professional development 7. When giving an annual employee performance evaluation, is individual professional development included? 8. If so, how do you prioritize their requests? How do you or the employee ensure that the professional development is completed? 9. Do you have any other thoughts, comments or insights that would be useful to us in this needs assessment process?

Do you think you need additional training? If so, what kind of training? 8. Describe a situation that you could have handled in a more positive/professional way if you had additional training. (Could be a technical need or a professional development need) 9. Have you sought out training to help you with this situation in the future? How effective was the training? 10. When you have a training or professional development need, where do you go? 11. Do you have any other thoughts, comments or insights that would be useful to us in this needs assessment process?
