1. Locker Facility
My bank provides safe & smart lockers facility to it's customers for safe keeping of their valuables like documents, securities, jewellery etc. Lockers are available in 4 different sizes from small, medium, large & extra large. Annual locker rent ranges from Rs.1, 000/- to Rs.4000/Safe Deposit Lockers fee: Minimum Key Deposit: Breaking Charges of Lockers: (ii) Medium = Rs. 3000/(iii) Large = Rs. 5000/(iv) Extra Large = Rs. 8000/Actual or Rs. 1,500/- per instance. Which ever is higher? The annual rent of the available sizes of lockers is as under: Note: (i) Lockers rent for small and medium size will be waived if a customer maintains minimum balance of Rs.50000 in Current Account and Rs.100,000 in PLS Saving Account.
(ii) No annual rent will be charged on paying Key Deposit of: (a) Rs. 20,000/- for small lockers (b) Rs. 25,000/- for medium (c) Rs. 30,000/- for large (d) Rs. 35,000/- for extra large lockers.

1.
Applicability
The LSA Terms herein will be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions for Account Opening (TCAO) and capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall carry the same meaning as in the TCAO. In the event of conflict, the terms contained herein shall prevail. Daily Limit: Rs. 50,000.
2.
The LSA limit (LSA Limit) shall be a temporary limit made available at the discretion of the Bank to a salaried individual (Employee) through his/her Payroll Account. Eligibility to avail the LSA Limit shall be intimated to the Employee through the Banks
ATM. Subject to the Employee accepting and agreeing to the LSA Terms, the Employee may utilize the LSA Limit in its entirety or any part thereof.

The Employee may be entitled to an LSA Limit which shall be available (including monthly revisions thereto), as determined in the Banks discretion and subject to State Bank of Pakistan regulations. The amount of the LSA Limit as opted for by the Employee, shall be credited to his/ her Payroll Account, less the amount of service fee, calculated as per no. 6 below. The amount actually available through the ATM will be rounded down to the lowest Rs. 500/-, subject to the availability of cash in the ATM.

Any amounts towards the LSA Limit credited by the Bank will be available for upto 30 calendar days. The Employee agrees that the Bank will be authorized to deduct any and all amounts due to the Bank in respect of the LSA Limit previously availed by the Employee at the time the Employees salary is credited into the Payroll Account each month. The Employee agrees and acknowledges that the Banks primary source of repayment towards the LSA Limit shall be any amounts available in the Payroll Account, including the Employees salary as credited. If the Employees salary is not credited to the Payroll Account and the LSA Limit earlier utilized is not settled for any reason whatsoever, the Employee acknowledges that the Bank will be entitled to treat this as a default and may initiate required collection efforts. Any amount declared by the Bank as being outstanding and payable by the Employee at any time in respect of the LSA Limit shall be deemed to be final and conclusive and the Employee specifically waives any right to and undertakes not to object to the same.
5.
Cancellation Process
If the Employee submits a resignation or is terminated, the Employee acknowledges that the Bank shall be entitled to immediate advance notice of the same. Further, any salary payments and other benefits, such as provident fund and/or gratuity due to the Employee after the date of resignation or termination shall be credited to the Payroll Account and made available to the Bank for adjustment against the outstandings of the LSA Limit. In the event of the death of an Employee, the Employee acknowledges that the Bank shall be entitled to immediate notice of the same. Further, any salary payments and other benefits, such as provident fund and/or gratuity of the deceased Employee shall be credited to the Payroll Account and made available to the Bank for adjustment against the outstandings of the LSA Limit.
6.
Service Fee
The Employee shall be charged a service fee depending on the amount of the LSA Limit to be availed for a 30 calendar day period. The service fee applicable shall be intimated at the time that a utilization request for the LSA Limit is made by the Employee and shall be deducted upfront by the Bank at the time the LSA Limit is availed, once the Employee agrees to the amount to be deducted. The LSA Limit credited will be less the amount deducted as service fee. The rate applicable to the service fee may be revised from time to time in the Banks discretion.
7.
In the event that the Employee does not settle all payments and dues in respect of the LSA Limit availed, as required by the Bank, the Bank shall be authorized to set-off and recover all amounts from any accounts which the Employee may hold with Bank, in whatever capacity or against any other collateral provided by the Employee in respect of any other facility availed by the Employee from the Bank. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Bank shall at all times have a prior right over all amounts due and payable to the Employee by the employer in any capacity, in respect of all amounts outstanding and payable under the LSA Limit availed by the Employee which shall include but not be limited to salary payments, bonuses and/or termination benefits, all of which shall be routed through the Payroll Account by the Employer.
8.
Disclosure of Information
The Bank reserves the right to disclose/ share information with third parties, as may be deemed relevant by the Bank, including but not limited to other financial institutions, credit bureaus and the State Bank of Pakistan, in the event that the Employee defaults in any of its payment obligations to the Bank under these LSA Terms.
