00 Project PROMOTIONAL MIX PRESENTATION A promotional mix includes activities involving advertising, public relations, sales promotions, and personal selling. The goal is to decide on the mix that will be the most effective in persuading potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, and consumers) to purchase and support the product. Using PowerPoint, students are to create a promotional mix for their assigned product/service using the following outline: A. B. C. D. E. Description of the product/service (10 pts.) Brief history/background of company (10 pts.) Target market using segmentation (20 pts.) Elements of promotion to be used (20 pts.) Rationale for use of each element (15 pts.)

Student will also be evaluated on the following criteria: Creativity of presentation, use of PowerPoint features, correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling (10 pts.) Professionalism of presenter including communication and poise (15 pts.)
