Check oil level in the tank. Fill up to the right level if is necessary Check for leaks in the tank. Check tank for secure mounting and overall condition. Check condition of the dirty alarm gauge in the tank. Change the filter if it necessary Check condition of the dirty alarm gauge in the manifold. Change the filter if it necessary Check for leaks and condition of the quick connections in the manifold. Change the connector if it necessary Check condition of the pressure gauge in the manifold. Check condition and operation of the pressure adjustment valve. Check hydraulic hoses and fittings for leaks and verify they are in good condition. replace if required Check the piping and fittings for leaks and verify they are in good condition. replace if required Check hydraulic pumps for leaks. 27 Power pack should be hooked up to a RVD that will allow full function of all hydraulic systems. 28 Assure Electric motor starts properly and oil pressure gauge functions. 29 Check hydraulic system for leaks while pumps have pressure on them. Repair all hydraulic leaks. 30 Verify and document the temperature (max. Temp. 150 F). _____________ F

Properly dispose of all waste. Make sure any spill has been cleaned up and has been placed in an appropriate container. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

35 Check that the decals and logos of the appropriate company have been installed per the Branding

initiative. Check that the number of the SAP equipment is clearly marked on the unit (see the Internet page of ESG Branding for instructions) 36 Check that the DOT/CVIP and the annual state inspection decals are up-todate (if applicable). Replace decal if the 90-day period of validity has expired
