INTRODUCTION
The creation and implementation of new processes, products, services and methods of delivery, which result in significant improvements in outcomes, efficiency, effectiveness or quality (Mulgan, G and Albury, D 2003). I am trying to explain the concept of reverse logistic and the effective strategy of this. Now a days every industry like Food, retail, computer, telecommunication and cloths etc are facing these problems. I discus on reverse logistic and its New Concepts which are related with that, the reason of the reverse logistics procedure is, to recover the value of returned goods or provide the resources for proper clearance. In my esay I make a base on Computer industry that how rapidly its growing if we look past couple of decades we can see the technology uprising there has been a quick development in the trust on electronics and most of the clients in the developed economies have a computers Network systems and improve that every couple of years.
WHY DID THIS CONCEPT COME INTO EXISTENCE? Everyone has some sort of thinking capability but some of them have keen or enthusiastic nature to find out and know about something and he / she start finding or get a deep thinking on their main areas And to find the answer of those enquiries, all those Why, How, What make person start to think that particular thing which is the area of their attention or interest, and it continues at the end of the some acceptable suitable result. This topic is based on my experience in computer industry as I know what the mess old computer creates. Its also help as I have done work in marketing and logistic industry so I know how its work.

AREA OF STUDY
Industrial era brought grate advances in human health but also its shares of problems. As need increase companies offered product at cheaper rates and thus contributed to an increase in consumer goods purchase and utilization then the cycle started, more people buy more amenities wants their share and so many offers come and product life get shorter which producing waste. Computer industry is one of that industry which grown very quickly in the world every day new invention are coming which motivate people to buy that in early 1990 computer Hard Disk used to be 2GB and that time people think that was more than enough as time pass requirement increase that time on person used to use personal computer at home no everyone is using the computer and they need extra memory, that time computer was only used for data storage but now as people got awareness and education they realize that how important computer is not only for keeping data it does so many other thing as industry grow, people got awareness their requirements grown and companies start putting new things such a bigger hard disk, dull ram, fast CD- drive, new ICS on board but when the new things come how about the old stuff which are being used quite long time, then the work of reverse logistic start from that point and big organization such as IBM, DELL, TOSHIBA and many other are feeling they need permanent solution for this E-waste. Personally when i found this problem with me what to do my old computer i cant keep that in my room as its occupy the space then i realize how companies and developed countries are facing this problem. So i decide to work out on this topic which is my Research Proposal topic as well.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Computer industry is growing day by day every day new operating system are being launched and also softwares which companies need for their business so as operating system come computer hardware need to be upgrade otherwise it wont give that results which people need for their business there upgrade when the upgrade come old system become useless that will increase the rate of E-waste. All the researchers and engineers say the same thing about the E-waste. Not only plastic its also containing copper, lead, zinc, ferrous metal glass. Every year millions of computers become a risk for environment as they end up in a

landfill. So that E-waste creating problem for every one as Kelle etal 1989 said in this book Dynamic programming page 286, E-waste which is utilize is batter to send it those countries which need it. But thing is What Is E-Waste? Electronic waste or E-waste are those equipment that are no longer utilizable or computer scraps. From a different parts of electronics, e-waste come like computers, household machine, mobile-phone and others. Big quantity of e-wastes thrown in dumping place or are sent to third world countries. There is 1-3 Kg of wirings in old fashions monitors CRT (Cathode ray tube). Circuit boards have wiring and other heavy stuff such as arsenic chips most of the computer is based on plastic and toxic, doping process been used (Compu Mentor, Computer Recycling and Reuse Program, 2008) Every year 20 to 50 million tons of e-waste are produced in the world According to the EEA (European Environment Agency) 15,000 tonnes or more of e-waste are exported from the EU to developing nations such as Pakistan Indian Egypt ect. Only in USA 10 to 12 Million computers became out of date in 2008 (Silicon Valley Toxins Coalition titled Exporting Harm). A study In Europe indicate that e-waste volume has been increased 5% to 7% yearly in Europe. In UK most of the e-waste come in 3 main areas Small businesses and Individuals Big companies,

Company is trying to use revers logistic to solve the problem of the old computers which are the big junk and holding big place in the ware house also blocking the money which is important to keep business running. So the main objectives are how companies can save their money on the e-waste and how it can be reduce. The main questions which answer needs to find out are 1. Find out the list of the countries where E-waste are being Dumped and what those countries are doing for that?
2. What Dell is doing to reduce for e-waste and trying to find alternate to solve this problem?
3. How recycling can be improved IN EUROPE? 4. What Dell does with returns systems and do they have separate department who deal returns and old system?
5. In last 2 years how many computers & network systems have been returned along with computer components? What happened with them?
6. In last 2 years in returned Computer system have to sent somewhere or reuse and repair?
RESEARCH METHODS
The research methods used for this study are 1. Primary Research Methods 2. Secondary Research Methods.
PRIMARY RESEARCH METHODS The primary research methods are depend on two man things

SECONDARY RESEARCH METHODS In this method the available material and research are used in the form of reports, articles, journals (Mintel,GMID, Snapshot and Fame), books, newspapers. The available information of secondary data is used parallel to the primary information.
RESEARCH PROCESS
There are two types of respondents first those who take part in survey and tell us what we asked them and second those who take survey form and fill that and then we will find out how many people are doing what. I am going to select 50 Respondents for survey and 50 for interview and selection totally based on outside means in market place stores and college students.
PROJECT PLAN

Everything take time to be done on time we have to plan as my research I will find out what Dell Plc. does without Computer and how long they gone take for whole process also In order to understand the objectives of this research it is crucial that a thorough understanding of the companies. The two main research methods will be used, i.e. secondary/desk research and primary research (Hague and Jackson, 1996). All the research is divided into four parts Computer collection Warehousing / checking Shipped to third world or recycling Parts utilizing

ESTIMATED BUDGET
All the budget is depend on old computer collection for Example Company provide us 1000 old pc and charge us 5.00 per PC its mean that would cost me 5,000. Then shipment fridge

charges ware housing and recycling and then collection material from old computer all can be multiplied 10 times. also we used some computer which are in good condition we sale them I market and small business so we can cover most of the money.
CONCLUSION
Electronics disposal and proper recycling is a major solution of our growing E-waste problem. This study has shown the problems which are being faced because of the increased activity surrounding E-waste, Coming next few years would be more difficult for the entire globe as scientists already warned as the computer industry has grown rapidly and quickly, now computer become necessary in every field from starting point to ending point. In this research work main focused on following issues: What are the E-waste & where its come from Countries where E-waste are being Dumped and what those countries are doing with this environmental problem creating matters The main computer manufacture and big giant in the world Dell, what is Dell doing to reduce E-Waste and what method Dell using to solve this problem. Dell computers when its come back to Dell what have to done with those returns and is there any separate department inside the company which deal returns and old systems
How recycling can be improve in Europe. What have done with those computers which have been returned in last two years have they reused or recycled or repair.
This research is amid to develop the awareness of the Toxic material and which E-waste contains in it. The labour market in developing countries are suffering and getting nothing out of it as the gross annual income in those countries who are the main destination of those

scrap is very low and people taking some sort of dieses but one person E-waste become others raw material.
