SCOPE OF PROJECT
Human Resource Management department is considered as backbone of an organisation. Organisations cannot meet their organisational goals without help and support of this department. This department performs the following core functions in organisations:

In this project I will discuss about the Performance Management & Compensation and Benefits management program of Haleeb Foods, and HR Practices and policies of Standard Chartered Bank and ICI Pakistan.
