Annual Six a Side Cricket Tournament

Each Team will consist of 6 players, including 1 reserve player. To start a match, at least 5 players from each side should be present on the playing field. First Round League Matches will be 5-over competitions. Each bowler can bowl 1 over. Wides and No Balls are worth 1 run each. Byes are allowed. Leg Byes are allowed. No LBW. Umpire's decision is Final.{ No arguing with the Umpire}. Official Time will be kept by the designated Match Referee. Scoring will be done by the official scores. 2 points will be awarded for a Win. 1 point will be awarded for a Draw. 1 bonus point will be awarded for exceeding 100 runs In the second round if a match is tied, each wicket keeper has to bowl an over. If points are equal at the end of first round matches, then the Run Rate will be considered. Run Rate calculations will be based on the Overs played and Total runs

3HQDOWLHV

If a Team is late by 10 minutes, then the opposite Team will automatically be awarded the Match. Bowling team is responsible for completing the 5 overs within 20 minutes, 5 runs will be awarded to the batting team for each additional 5 minutes taken. If a team makes any unnecessary arguments with the officials then the team will be disqualified from the tournament

5HTXLUHPHQWV

This tournament is conducted by Singapore Informatics and any college or university can take part in the tournament. One person can play for only one Team. Only under special circumstances, exceptions can be made on the discretion of the Organizers and Team Captains. Teams should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for their match. Each team should contain five boys and one girl in the team.

An amount of Rs.2500 should be handed over with the application

Disclaimer: The committee holds the exclusive right to modify this set of rules. If issues arise during the Tournament that are not covered by the above set of rules, then the organizers will decide on what the best course of action would be.
