Objective
My goal is to continue working in the non-profit sector and continue to provide supports and opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities. I wish to utilize my education, skills and experience while learning valuable new skills and knowledge.

Community Living Services Program Manager
Arkansas Support Network - Springdale, AR October 2007-Present

Supervise a caseload of 27 developmentally disabled children and adults in the NorthWest Arkansas area. Screen and conduct interviews for long-term caregivers. Work with a team for each individual to develop and implement a yearly plan of care which includes scheduling and staffing. Coordinate with multiple external agencies. Organize each individual's team quarterly to edit or implement the development of goals and objectives for Individualized Support Plans. Assist with assuring that proper information is given to funding sources in a timely fashion. Respond to crisis situations in which the individual needs emergency support, worker or living arrangement. Supervise, on average, about 45 employees. Conduct training classes, monitor and check for compliance for both employees and the individuals I serve. Instructor for Positive Behavior Supports.
