Course Objectives
To train and facilitate individuals, employed or unemployed, who are interested to pursue banking career. The program is aimed at developing and enhancing essential skills to become a good banker. It also helps participants in passing Banking Diploma Examination conducted by Institute of Bankers Pakistan

Participants would learn four major operations of a branch. The following area of skills are included in the program:

Registration Form, dully filled and signed, copy of computerized National Identity Card, Academic Certificates/Degree and candidates passport size photograph are submitted at the time of Registration or not l t th th d t of th fi t session. R i t ti t later than the date f the first i The preferred mode of payment is by cheque/Payorder/Draft. The payment instrument is issued in favour ofHRM Services. THE BANK CHARGES SHALL BE RECOVERED FROM THE CANDIDATE.

HRM Services has no Refund Policy. As such, the Fee paid by the candidate will not be refunded in any case. The candidate, however can register in the next batch. A sum of Rs. 1,000/- will be charged at the time of the subsequent Registration. This facility can be utilized once and is just for one time only. When a student is not able to attend to the class due to unavoidable reasons, he/she must inform the HRM Services as soon as possible through mail or fax. When a student withdraws from the program within before ten or more days from the date of the beginning of the program, the program fee is refunded. However, the Registration Fee is not refunded under any case. A 50% of the program fee (except Registration Fee) will be charged in case the student withdraws from the program in less than ten working days prior to the beginning of the classes. No refund will be made when the student withdraws from the program just three working days prior to the commencement of the classes. The request for withdrawal must be communicated to HRM Services in the form of a letter, by e-mail, or fax.

NO REFUND will be made when a student withdraws from the program after the commencement of
the course. If the program is cancelled by HRM Services due to unavoidable circumstances, no claims, whatsoever nature for compensation will be accepted and entertained except refunding the program fee to the extent paid by the student. The HRM Services and its Management reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student for his/her unsatisfactory attitude/behaviour within or around the institutes premises. Also, HRM Services reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student without assigning any reason. In case a student remains absent for three consecutive Sessions without prior intimation shall not be allowed to attend the sessions unless a written statement mentioning the reasons of absence is submitted to the HRM Services. The photocopy of the reading material will be provided to all students. However, a student interested to obtain the soft copy (CD) of the reading material will pay a sum of Rs. 2,500/-. LIABILITY: Misappropriation and mishandling of any asset of HRM Services will render the student liable to pay for the damages equivalent the actual cost of the asset. HRM Services, under any circumstances and in no case is responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the students. It expects that each student should take serious care of his belonging of whatsoever nature nature.
