General Checking 1. 2. 3. 4. Check the Charger ( it comes 6 Volts) If it is OK, then Check Charging Connector. If it is working then Check Charging Connector to Charging I.C or Power I.C input (6 Volts). If it is OK, then Check Charging output {(Power I.C to Battery Connector) (3.6 Volts)}.

NOTE:1. Check the Charging Connector. 2. Then Check F100, It comes Double Side 6Volts. 3. If it is OK, Then Check L100, It comes Double Side 6Volts. 4. If it is OK, Then Check C100, It Comes Single side 6Volts. 5. If it is OK, Then Check V1100, It Comes Double Side 6Volts. 6. If it is OK, Then Check OUT PUT of POWER IC, It Comes 3.6 Volts. 7. If it is OK, Then Check R200, It Comes Double Side 3.6Volts. 8. If it is OK, Then Check C201, It Comes Single Side 3.6Volts. 9. If it is OK, Then Check C202, It Comes Single Side 3.6Volts 10. If it is OK, Then Check C243, It Comes Single Side 3.6Volts 11. If it is OK, To Replace the BATTERY.

1. Check The Speaker Volume. 2. If it is OK, Then Check Speaker (with help of Multi Metter in BUZZER condition, It comes BUZZER Sound) 3. If it is OK, Then Check tips. 4. If it is OK, Then Check it tracks to Audio IC 5. If it is OK, Conform Audio IC if Failure.

GENERAL CHECKING:1. Check the Profile (Silent / Vibrating / Ringing). 2. If it is OK, Then Check BUZZER (with help of Multi Metter in BUZZER condition, It comes BUZZER Sound) 3. If it is OK, Then Check BUZZER tips. 4. If it is OK, Then Check BUZZER tracks. 5. If it is OK, Power IC is Failure.
