Good Morning everybody and a warm welcome to one and all,

On behalf of MAEERs MIT Group of Institutions; I, Ramesh Rao and I, Saumya Padhye take this pleasure to welcome new Batch for Executive MBA course to the folds of MAEERs MIT College of Management. Before We commence With the Program, I Would Request You All To Rise For The World Peace Prayer- The ritual we follow at MIT Campus.

Prayers

Today, on the dais we have with us Prof. Dr. Sharad Sarin, our chief guest. Sir is a Professor of XLRI, Jamshedpur-the renowned business school. We welcome you sir. Now, we take this privilege to welcome honorable Prof. Dr. Vishwanath Karad Sir, Executive President and Managing Trustee of MAEERs MIT Group of Institutions. We welcome you sir. Also sharing the dais is Prof. Dr. Mangesh Karad Sir, Executive director, MAEERs MIT Group of Institutions. We welcome you sir. We have with us Prof. Sunita Karad Madam, Director IT, MAEERs MIT College of Management. We welcome you madam. We would also like to welcome Prof. Dr. Sayalee Gankar Madam, Director MIT College of Management.

We also take this opportunity to welcome our faculty members and the students who have taken admission for the Executive MBA course as well as previous batch students who are a part of todays programme. We welcome you* All.
Now, I would request our chief guest, Prof. Dr.

Relationship Marketing emphasizes on customer retention and satisfaction, rather than a dominant focus on point-of-sale transactions Relationship Marketing is a marketing strategy whose objective is to establish and maintain a profitable, long-term relationship with a customer. Relationship marketing aims at developing and managing trusting and long-term relationships with larger customers.
